I got married a few months ago and I used this company for my bridal shower and wedding. For my wedding we used several services including decorations, florals, chairs, tables, servers, bartenders, and more. Both my bridal shower and wedding were absolutely beautiful! I had a vision for my wedding and they definitely made it come to life, everything was even more beautiful than I had imagined it would be! Also, the servers and bartenders provided great service and were very nice! Moreover, the prices that I was offered by this company were affordable compared to the prices I was being quoted by other companies for the same services. I will be using this company again in the future for other events!

Horrible service. Used this company and her venue for my wedding and Lucy absolutely ruined my wedding week with her stress, then ruined my wedding day by yelling at her own workers, one of the bar tenders was so afraid after she yelled at her that her hands couldn't stop shaking. We planned the event for over 10 months yet she was not prepared on the day of. Walking around yelling at everyone instead of making sure the drinks are getting cold or setting up appetizers. This woman yelled at BOTH my mothers when they inquired where the appetizers are, Lucy said that there are none, they walked her to the fridge and showed her and she didn't even apologize. 0 stars if I could. Didn't even offer a refund. I gave my lawyer all of our emails over the past year, the floor plan and menus were sent to her yet she claims they weren't. Do NOT use this company. Sorry pedro has to even deal with her

Celebrations Party & Events is exceptional! Great delivery to my daughters quince The event was a success! Had so many compliments for the decorations. I am even recommending it to my nephews daughter quince using them for there event 🙂 5 stars!!! Special thanks to “Ms.Luz and her staff”They where very helpful and professional!!!!👌👍❤️❤️

I planned to have an outdoor dinner party, but unfortunately I checked the weather and the prediction 3 days before the dinner it showed heavy rain, thunderstorms and windy. I reached out to the company to see if I could modify my order and remove the tent and tables to save them from getting damaged from the weather. When I called, the lady on the phone was nice but she didn’t have authorization to make any decisions. When I asked for a manager, the manger couldn’t be bothered, could be heard yelling in the background “no refunds!”. The receptionist said the manager will call back later. She never did. I called back, and was able to finally talk to the manger, who was rude and nasty. She didn’t give me a second to explain the situation or come up with a compromised solution. She wanted the delivery to happen and didn’t care if the supplies sat in the rain. I’m not going to accept a delivery for items that could be ruined in the weather. Then proceeded to tell me she would charge me $80 if they couldn’t deliver the supplies outside in the rain and wind.

Advice, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They don’t work with customers in good faith and the manager should find another profession since she lacks even the basic customer service skills. If you do order from this business, don’t pay full price until the items are delivered on the day of your event and you can check all the supplies.

In the end, I cancelled my entire order based off their lack of customer service and no understanding of weather in South Florida.

I just called them at the last minute for table and chairs. Pedro answered quickly and was able to accommodate me with my request and the price was reasonable.

Stay away - I recently rented items from Celebrations and also purchased a balloon arch - and the experience was horrible. The recent posts that mention you should stay away from this company are entirely accurate. The merchandise is not maintained in the best condition - we were given wobbly chairs and dirty columns. However, the worse part of the experience is the balloon arch we ordered was simply FILTHY. The white balloons were not white as there was dirt all over them. It was despicable. When I showed the owner pictures , she told me the delivery guys would clean them - they couldn’t get them cleaned. When I explained this to the owner - she stopped responding to my messages. In short, if you care about quality do not use Celebrations. I will never utilize them again!

We had a great experience when we were choosing our party items but the delivery and follow up was extremely unprofessional.
The chairs were delivered very dirty and 3 weeks after the pick up we received a call from the owner at 8pm 🤯 stating that we had not paid the balance.
I emailed her a copy of the proof of payment and we hoped she would call and apologize for the error but she never did.
