I don’t know where to start so I will just tell you guys everything! This was by far one of the absolute best experience as my friends and I had for an evening out and the sole reason Behind the absolute flawless execution of our event with Kyle, The event manager. This was an event for about 40 people celebrating three birthdays. Kyle worked in tandem with me to plan out the perfect evening from the best menus to an all you can drink open bar. There was nothing that he would not do or accommodate honestly was beside myself at how kind and accommodating he was. You rarely find this level of customer service nowadays.

We had our event on the second floor and it was absolutely beautiful from the comfortable seating to the amazing music, the delicious food, the fabulous dancers, and the gorgeous dessert towers. What made the night even more fantastic was the super amiable DJ that took any and all requests and played our favorite music even though a lot of it was foreign he was still able to accommodate almost 15 different tracks which we were so appreciative about because it made the birthday people feel that extra special.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I cannot wait to celebrate and have more events here. What an amazing party thank you Kyle for everything.

This review is only for late night. We didn’t try the food. It was very crowded and no where to stand. You can only sit if you get table service. We had a few drinks. The guava margarita was good. The DJ was ok. He only used snippets of each song he played. Service is slow because they have too many patrons.

Centrada in Red Bank was the perfect spot for our DreamCatchers Youth Foundation kickoff event, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kyle, the director, went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, his communication was incredible every step of the way, handling every detail.

The upstairs space was the perfect spot, and the food and drinks were outstanding. From start to finish, the entire team made sure our event was a success. Highly recommend Centrada and Kyle for any private event, truly top-notch service and hospitality!

10 Stars! I hosted my friend’s bachelorette party at Centrada this past Saturday, and it was absolutely perfect. From the start, Justine and Kyle were fantastic, taking the time to communicate with me in the weeks leading up to the event and ensuring every detail was covered. The staff was incredible, especially our server Stacey, who went above and beyond to make our evening special. Kyle’s attention to detail throughout the night made everything flawless. The food was abundant and delicious, the drinks were top-notch, and the service was impressively quick. Whether you're planning a special event or just looking for a great dinner spot, I cannot recommend Centrada enough!

My boyfriend & I made reservations a few weeks ago for a late Valentine’s dinner. We were running a few minutes late and the website made it very easy to accommodate us and push our reservation back!

Once we were seated, our waitress whose name I sadly didn’t get was a sweetheart! She made our dining experience super enjoyable. She was super kind and sweet, noticed we were celebrating Valentine’s Day and was overall amazing and helpful. She recommended us her favorites on the menu as well as popular drinks/dishes and it did not disappoint. The guava margarita was our favorite as well as the skirt steak entree. Again I unfortunately didn’t get her name but she had long curly hair and deserves recognition for her service! We will most definitely be back with more people 🙂

Everything from the moment you walk in was perfect. You walk in to house music playing creating a fun and vibrant environment. We had a reservation and were seated within 15 minutes. We sat at the bar and had a drink while we waited. The pour was generous. When we sat and ordered from the prix fixed menu, for Valentine's day (which I usually hate), Leslye was very friendly. The food came quick, was, hot, seasoned well, fresh and most of all Delicious! The icing on the cake was Kyle. Kyle, was very attentive and although he was visibly pulled in different directions, he made sure to come over, greet us and made it feel genuine not like he was just checking a box. It is interactions like that, that make you want to come back and visit an establishment. I would definitely be coming back.

This place was incredible. Went with 3 friends for some birthday celebrations. Food - ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH. Service was amazing as well. We had a 730 reservation and were seated promptly.

The only negative was that they never told us our reservation had an end time. Altho the service was consistent - we had a 3 course meal but our dessert was short lived due to them asking us to finish so they could seat the next reservation. We didn't waste time between courses either. We ordered and ate at the pace that the restaurant greeted and served us. Albiet, we were there for about 2 hours. Plan to be there for that amount of time, or more, if you're all adults and ordering 3 courses and drinks.

My friend and I both ordered NY Strips. Both were perfectly cooked and tasted insane. I forgot what the ladies had, but there are pics attached. Short rib appetizer is a must, btw. I would order 2.

Aside from that, amazing experience. Id def go back again, but be prepared to spend some money. For 4 adults, our bill was around $630.00, with tip.

I had no idea this place was going to be so upscale when I recommended it to a friend. We went here for a girls night out. The staff were very nice but upon being seated we were informed that we can only have the table for an hour because we did not have a reservation. I was unaware that we even needed one so perhaps an oversight on my part but it did make us feel rushed. Our server was nice but quite busy so service took awhile longer than anticipated.The menu is quite pricey so we just ordered a few appetizers and water. The food we did get was incredible I mean so delicious. They also had a photographer take our photos and they put them in frames and presented them to us for purchase. They were the loveliest photos I have ever seen and very cool. They were also only 20 dollars so I purchased two. Not a terrible experience at all just not for me and probably won't return my friend and I felt kind of out of place there.
