I have worked with Central Holidays on both a complicated group vacation (to Greece), as well as a custom FIT to France. In each case I felt they really took my requirements into consideration and delivered itineraries that matched my expectations. I particularly liked working with one dedicated person (instead of being passed around), who was responsive and attentive.
