Jay and Karen are pros! They helped us plan our ceremony and reception for ourselves and 30 guests in less than 3 months! The courtyard couldn't have been more perfect for our ceremony and felt like a fairy tale wedding standing there surrounded by all of our closest family and friends. Karen was an amazing coordinator and officiant and Jay was a very attentive photographer (photos attached are guest's photos). We wouldn't have changed a thing about that day! If you want a romantic and sweet wedding day without the stress I recommend booking with Chanticleer Manor.

Jay and Karen did an excellent job with our Halloween Wedding! They felt like friends. Very responsive and sent us our photos promptly. Jay and Karen we're everything you could ask for and more from start to finish for our wedding. They helped every step of the way and made our wedding dream come true. The venue is also a lovely home set on historic Vinenville Ave. Not only that but Jay's photography is lovely. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding experience.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jay and Karen. They helped us plan our ceremony for ourselves and 30 guests in 2 months. They are very attentive and catered to every request we had. Communication was very quick and efficient during planning. They definitely help take the stress out of planning a wedding. It was literally the most perfect day. We couldn’t have picked a better venue for our ceremony with our closest friends and family. I definitely recommend checking out their beautiful space!
Huge plus- photography turn around time was phenomenal! We loved all of the pictures Jay captured.

I don't even know where to begin. First, Jay and Karen are amazing. They are truly one of the sweetest couples I have ever met. We didn't want a huge wedding and finding Chanticleer Manor was heaven sent. The venue is stunning! It was perfect for the amount of guest that we invited. Jay and Karen are willing to help in more ways than you could ever imagine. We are forever grateful for them.
