Very quiet and private place! Beautiful beach, and nice white sand! Our condo was spacious and clean, and location is perfect. Walk out and your on the beach! Nice pool, with amazing sunset views. Clean outdoor bathrooms, shower and wash station to clean your beach stuff. Very close to many restaurants, staff is friendly! Would come again! Thank you!

Beautiful and staff keep it clean! 5 star pool lil small but perfect. Perfect view for the perfect proposal !heart! Best price and amazing room please do not pass this place up!!!! O fyi sand dollars are on the second sand bar after 3pm low tide better to go in groups!

We liked our stay here. It's right across the street from where my husband would stay as a kid. His grandparents owned a condo at Bay Shores yacht. They're elevator was broken so we did have to come stairs to the 5th floor. But they gave us our condo for 50% off because of it, so that made it worth it. The view was gorgeous we could see the sunset right on the beach. The actual inside of the condo was gorgeous. Perfect for a small family of 3 or couple.

We are here now. The room is clean and as expected. In the description of the room is doesn't talk about a blender or chairs. Needs to be updated.
When the condo was booked, it was understood that the elevators would be fixed, we are on the 5th floor, which is really the sixth since the parking doesn't count as a floor.
I wouldn't book this place until the elevator is fixed!!!!

I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the discomfort of the Murphy bed, however children would be fine . We had an adult 130lbs and it was not comfy. The rest of the place 407, was great. Clean and appropriately stocked . As for Plumlee real-estate, they were very nice. Easy . The 4pm check in with no exceptions for anything earlier feels like a bit of a rip off, but I know they all do this. I feel like they should charge for half a day with the 10am check out.

The elevator has been out for over a week. People renting are not told this is the case before they show up. The owners know that the main customers here are an older audience. I saw many people struggle getting up the stairs, and this could have a massive impact on their vacations. Very inconsiderate of the guests - we certainly won’t be back, especially since someone that comes here every year told us this is a frequent issue.
