Chelsea is an absolute rockstar when it comes to wedding planning and day-of execution. She is incredibly detail-oriented and goes out of her way to make sure the bride and guests have no burden the day of.

There were so many times when I thought to myself "I'm so glad I have Chelsea because I would never have thought of that!" She always had amazing suggestions and made things easier, which can be rare when it comes to pulling together a wedding! She took on work, even when I didn't ask her to because she knew that my day would be better because of it.

I know there are a lot of choices out there, but I know for a fact that Chelsea is a surefire win when it comes to making your day perfect! She is so easy to work with, so realistic, so efficient, so precise, so thoughtful, so communicative....The list goes on and on! I can't say enough good about her. Chelsea has a warm and inviting personality and is extremely sharp and knowledgeable regarding all things wedding planning. She’s the type of person to answer the question you didn’t even think to ask, provide several potential options for any given decision, and ultimately act as co-captain to bring your vision to life. I appreciate that Chelsea was open to some of our zanier ideas and never tried to push her own agenda (I got that vibe from other coordinators we interviewed) - she is 100% on your team. Working with her feels like chatting with your smartest friend, and having her present through the rehearsal and wedding day truly made us feel confident and taken care of. She’s also highly competent in communicating with other vendors - she took care of all of the final coordination and negotiating which tasks fall under whose umbrella, ensuring no wires were crossed.
