I happened to run across this beautiful Salon accidentally. We are 2 weeks away from my daughter’s prom and desperately searching for a dress! We found one online and were planning on just purchasing it online but it would take too long to get it, AND, it was out of stock online! But, Chrysalis had the exact dress! That isn’t why they get 5 stars…they get 5 stars because I asked them if they would hold it for me and they said they would if I paid for it, which I completely understood….I couldn’t get there for at least 2 hours as I was coming from out of town, but I couldn’t risk it; we were out of time! So I asked if the dress was in perfect condition because it was off the rack and she assured me it was, so I paid over the phone, she pulled the dress, and I hopped in the car. When I arrived, the Salon was BEAUTIFUL!!! The staff was amazing and so friendly! This store is a hidden gem!! She showed me the dress and it was PERFECT! I left with the perfect dress for my daughter and would 100% return to this store!

Went to try on dresses for my daughter's wedding, felt pressured to commit THAT day. So, I made a deposit of $400 (they wanted HALF that day but I didn't have a full 50% of the dress cost) They made my daughter sign a paper and...long story short, we ended up finding a different dress else where and asked for a refund and they refused. They said no refunds, even though they didn't purchase anything for us, they just kept our deposit and wouldn't let us use it towards anything else in the store either. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this store to people. They stole our money.

Oh my gosh! How frustrating! Nice, and friendly service but they ordered the wrong dress and size! They might as well have bought my alterations for all I care! The first dress that I picked out didn’t have a slit but the dress that they ordered for me had a slit and was too small. How does that just happen? Their mistake! I’m just very thankful that they didn’t body shame me! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

I was blown away by Chrysalis Bridal shop. I had heard a lot of good things from other brides and found all of them to be true, in my experience. The shop was beautiful, open, and accommodating. They let me try on as many dresses as I wanted to see on myself. I loved working with Allison because her opinions were helpful and supportive, but I never felt like she was trying to push me one way or the other. Prices for dresses were incredibly reasonable and they had such a large variety of styles (which I loved because I have unique taste!). All around, it was an awesome experience. If I had to do the whole process of picking a wedding dress over again, I would absolutely pick this shop again.

Love this place! Such a great atmosphere and the family that runs it is fabulous!!! I could not have asked for a more helpful group to find my perfect gown, veil, bridesmaid dresses, and jewelry! They are all so friendly and kind. They never pressured me and made the entire process so fun and exciting! The dresses are so elegant and beautiful, I don't know how you could not find your perfect dress at Chrysalis. I'd highly recommend checking it out for any style you have in mind!

I had the most amazing experience when going to find my wedding dress. I have been dreading dress shopping because my body was not where I wanted it to be and I definitely was not shaped like my friends who had gotten dresses here. The Gals at Chrysalis made my experience amazing! They made me feel beautiful in every single dress I tried on. They were so helpful and definitely made sure I knew I made the right choice! These women are classy & wonderful!

I am not a size 6 or stick figure. I have hips and curves. And yet, regardless of a few comment you might read on here I have had an amazing experience. Kris helped me pick out the most beautiful wedding dress and made sure it was in my price range. I have also gotten both of my prom dresses and I have never had a negative experience. I will be back for my bridesmaid dresses and anything else I may need!! I highly recommend it!!
