Amazing Amazing Amazing!! If we could give more stars we would! We couldn't have been happier with our decision to hire Courtney and her team for our wedding. From the very first meeting, we knew we made the right choice. We were so nervous planning a wedding from across the country but Courtney and her team made sure everything went off without a hiccup. They helped us find incredible vendors, made a ppt of details for the wedding making every detail come to life, they created floral arrangements that were absolutely stunning. The entire team was incredibly organized, responsive, and brought our vision to life. Every detail, from the décor to the timeline left us feeling stress-free and able to fully enjoy our big day. We had so many people telling us it was the best wedding they had been to. We can't thank Courtney and her entire team enough and we could not recommend them more!!

Where do I even start… our wedding weekend was more than we could have ever asked for and the CLE team made it all happen! We were lucky enough to have Courtney and her team help us from start to finish with their full-service package (which is worth its weight in gold btw). I have known Courtney for many years thanks to the wedding industry since I am a photographer. Every single wedding I have ever photographed that the CLE team has coordinated, has been nothing short of perfection. I have seen Courtney shine in so many different situations and it’s safe to say that she really does make every day better! So, once it was my turn to be the bride I knew we had to have her & her team because I had seen first-hand how smooth every day goes with them. But let me tell you… she blew us AWAY! I had no idea she could be even more supportive, caring, and thoughtful. This girl is a dream and everyone on her team really puts their heart into each and every wedding.

I am not always the easiest because I can kind of be a perfectionist which lends itself to procrastinating and I wanted every detail of our day to be intentional and thoughtful. Courtney knew that about me and let me run with it all while keeping me on track. I know I still did a lot of things a little too close to the day (sorry for the stress mom) but I had the time to do so because all of the big important tasks were being crushed by the CLE team. The couple of weeks leading up to the wedding people kept asking me if I was stressed/overwhelmed and honestly, I wasn't. I had the most amazing team of people and family helping and I was about to marry my best friend. Throwing a huge wedding is so much fun but you can get carried away in all the little things and lose track of the fact you are getting to marry your person. Invest in CLE so you can enjoy the season of being engaged and focusing on what really matters most.

Michael and I had dreams of a long wedding weekend with all our people in the mountains, so the festivities started on Friday! Courtney helped us design and curate the cutest welcome bags and pulled off an amazing Santa Fe style Welcome Dinner for our friends and family that were coming from out of town. Literally this evening was amazing; the food (shout out to Sacramento Catering Collective), décor, florals and tone that they set for the whole night was more than we could have hoped for!

Fast forward to the next day, our wedding day. I’m not kidding you; it was the most PERFECT DAY. I am honestly speechless about the whole thing. The best part was knowing that our families were enjoying it just as much as we were. People underestimate how much family members and friends get pulled away during the day because they have to help with this or that…not with Courtney and our other amazing vendors. Every single person there got to soak in the whole day and be present with us which is really what we wanted all along.

Courtney, Jess, Erica, + team – we cannot thank you enough for all you do and for how much love you show your clients. We felt it throughout the whole planning process, and I will not stop recommending CLE to every single person.

My husband DID NOT want to spend money on a coordination team. He thought it would be a waste of money as he believed we could do it all. BUT! As planning started and especially on the day of our wedding he did a 180!

Courtney and her team are literally the best! They are kind, professional, organized and pros! My wedding day would not have been great without them! Courtney literally crouched down and held my veil while I walked down the aisle because it kept we getting caught! Her team set up all the decorations and set everything up! They made sure everything ran smoothly and worked with my other vendors. All of my guests came up to me and told me how awesome their team was!

It is your wedding day and you definitely can’t do it all! Many of my friends have gotten married without a coordination team and it was their biggest regret.

Just think, while you’re getting ready for one of the biggest days of your life, do you really want to be stressed out and worried if your vendors are late? Do you want to be the person everyone calls when anyone had a question? The answer is no!

Trust me, book Courtney and her team! It’ll be the best decision ever! I would book her again for any event!
