We had a wonderful time at the Secrets Playa Mujeres in Cancun, Mexico. Everything was organized like clockwork by my travel agent Becky McConniel, by the transport service and the hotel management. The place was nice and clean, there was entertainment and games by the poolside daily, so many restaurants to choose from, and of course drinks galore served by the poolside and on the beach. The staff were courteous and attentive to your needs. I celebrated my birthday there and I was surprised to find a banner on the door, champagne chilling in a bucket of ice and a small cake inside our room when we came back from our dinner cruise. Will definitely use Clearwater Travel and Rebecca McConniel again for our travels in the future!

We had a great experience with Rebecca M at the agency she made it very easy to book a family trip of three rooms. She was patient as we tossed between itineraries. We ended up on Carnival Mardi Gras and it was amazing. I do want to give Rebecca a shout out for helping us VERY last minute to get things changed when one traveler suddenly got sick and could not go. She handled it all to get us on board… refunds as applicable…. She did all that as we worried about our family member….And assisted me with insurance paperwork. I highly recommend Rebecca M and this cruise company. This is not our first time using them/Rebecca and will not be our last! Not sure if you will like Mardi Gras? You will!
