Keith did a great job from our initial questions through to the end of our journey. We wanted a 3 generation - kids, parents, grandparents - experience that went beyond just going to the beach. Using a travel agent with the warm personality and the deep, competent knowledge of the travel industry was very reassuring. My questions were answered in a timely and very professional manner. He was very patient with this newbie cruiser.

Keith planned our precruise trip to Boston and the added on a 10th anniversary cruise on Holland America Line on the Zaandam from Boston to Montreal. Keith's insider tips about what to do from the moment of embarkment, planning a champagne anniversary dinner, and explaining the many ways we would be spoiled with excellent service made this a memorable trip.

Keith takes time to listen, asks the right questions, and creates special destinations based on them. We are excitedly looking forward to our next trip--to Morocco-which Keith has already planned. We fell in love with cruising and will continue to book with Keith, as we see this as the beginning of a long term travel relationship. My wife and I could not be more pleased.
