Absolutely loved this tour! Our guide, I believe her name was Michelle, was amazing!! Great historical background of the locations with awesome personal experience ghost stories!! Exactly what I love to hear!! She was an amazing story teller. No hesitation , no backtracking she was spot on!! We had a great time! Eileen was fabulous! Her knowledge of Cleveland history was amazing and she made the tour so much fun for us. The backstory of the cemetery and the Cleveland curses were so interesting. I had not heard the full details of those before. Sites I had walked past 100 times became completely new to me and I have a new list of places to explore and visit again.

They were also very responsive when we had an unexpected snafoo with our tickets. Outstanding customer service and tour guide!!

I really enjoyed this Ghost Tour in Downtown Cleveland. Loved the scenery of it all and the Story Telling was Great. Definitely recommend it if you want to know more about this amazing city and its history.

She was AWESOME! She provided detailed and fun facts about Cleveland! She walked us through Cleveland downtown, she showed us the hunting sites and the thrilling stories behind it!

Eileen was a fantastic host. It was a bit chilly, but the tour itself is definitely worth it plus learning so much about the rich and colorful history of Cleveland, Ohio. I definitely recommend this will get five stars.

Valarie was amazing!! My son and I do boys trips several times a year and try to do a ghost tour or a history tour to get to know the city we're visiting. Fortunately for us Valarie was a bit of both! She has extensive knowledge of the city and a plethora of ghost encounters, some personal! We were a small group, so it felt like just hanging out with a friend listening to her love for her city, what a gem!
