Excellent service but there were 4 standouts during our 9 day stay. Lilly and Carleton were professional, efficient and helpful at the front desk. As well as Sam’s cheerful voice every time on the phone! Mae and LaTisha made breakfast welcoming and the food variety was tasty. And Porsche took great care with our rooms keeping them tidy and clean. Fast and efficient with a smile! 😊 ❤️
A nice gym is also available. The only negative was the computer room’s computers were glitchy. So I used my laptop. also highly recommend the Cleveland Lakefront park an easy 20 minute drive away on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

The front counter staff was warm and welcoming. The concierge lounge was my go to spot to relax and get some much-needed needed work done. The atmosphere was serene with lots of snack options. Usually the printer is out of order in most lounges, but I was elated that this one was up and running. Thanks for a great experience!

What a great place to stay!!! I booked two rooms with my mom and sister to celebrate our birthday's and I'm soooo happy I did. Prior to arrival I called to inquire about early check in and was greeted with an employee by the name of Ashley. Not only did she have availability for an early check in she also offered connecting rooms. Upon arrival she welcomed us with a warm smile, came from behind the desk to give us our keys and really went out of her way to acknowledge our birthdays. The rooms were clean and had a fresh smell, the restaurant offer great food which we enjoyed, and everyone was so nice and friendly. The service was impeccable, and Ashley deserves 10 stars ********** for being so nice. I look forward to seeing her upon our return.

Was by far one of the best hotels we stayed at for hockey! The staff was extremely friendly and inviting. We stayed here with the hockey team while in town for a tournament.

Upon check in all the kids received a Gatorade. This was a first! The breakfast was very good, one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. And they gave the teams hospitality rooms to use at night complimentary!!! This was fantastic. Usually hotel guests complain about the hockey teams but the hotels want to change hundreds of dollars for a room to hangout in.

I’d highly recommend this hotel because of all of the above and the beds were comfy, walking distance to stores and restaurants and a good central location!

We love our suite! The M Club Lounge made our stay convenient. The 24/7 grab-and-go was helpful; getting hot tea, coffee, water, and other cold beverages anytime was lovely. We enjoyed our holiday stay at this Marriott location while we were in town for Christmas, visiting the in-laws.

The hotel lobby has an arcade section for the family to enjoy. Hotel lobby is large with plenty of seats and tables to hang out. The hotel restaurant/bar is always open even on Christmas Day.

On the outside looks little scary at first, but when you get inside it’s nice and clean, didn’t have an issue. Rooms were updated and clean. I would only say the security could be better without the open door policy at night. But beyond that it was nice to see an actual security person.

I was there for about a week and the hospitality was amazing!!!! Front desk, amazing!!! Management, amazing!!!! Staff in every area of the hotel was amazing!!! Everyone was friendly, greeted you with a smile and was happy to be of service!!! I appreciate you and that’s the only hotel I will be staying at when I’m visiting. You take pride in your work and i hope this message reaches everyone that works there. Cleaning staff, bar/restaurant, M club hosts, front desk. You all do a great job!!!!

Room was clean, public areas all very clean and modern. The gym is very nice and pretty well equipped. The pool area is large and clean. The attached restaurant is very spacious (the menu isn't huge) and very good for the convenience. Easy access to the highway and close to lots of stores and restaurants if needed.
