Cloud9 is so money hungry and could care less about their consumers. They are holding an event in Mexico during a GLOBAL pandemic and are not budging at all on refunds regardless of the situation. I for one will not take a risk with my family and will never travel again with this organization since I and so many other are losing thousands of $'s. I am also questioning the talent that is part of this as well. So long Cloud9! I now understand why you only have a 3.4 star rating.

Just wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to Cloud 9 Adventures. I'm so thrilled to hear that Jam Cruise is making a long-awaited return. Their staff is the best in business and strives to make every event better each time. After attending nearly 20 Cloud 9 events, I can honestly say that nobody throws a party like they do!

I have been on many of Cloud 9’s amazing adventures. The most recent being Panic en la Playa. The staff is top notch professional and excellent at what they do. I highly recommend them and can’t for the next dance party!!

Extremely poor customer service. We are less than a week away from our “adventure” and the company refuses to return emails about logistics. There is no longer an option to call them as there was before. We are trying to decide if the risk is worth it to go to Mexico since Cloud 9 refusing to postpone or cancel the event even though there are more cases of COVID 19 spreading now than ever and at a faster pace.
I’ve asked about cost of the extra time in quarantine for the doctors/tests, but they won’t even answer those questions.
They claim there is a swell of people begging them on social media to move forward with the event, but it is obvious that is a lie. They won’t even make social media post anymore that allow comments.
They also hide behind the “we are a small staff” and can only do so much line often, but I think if you are managing “Adventures” that are costing thousands of dollars you should be better prepared to handle this or perhaps you should not be doing it.
When we booked our trip breakthrough case of COVID infections were very rare so we felt safe. Omicron changed that and they refuse to offer a safe option for folks who no longer feel the risk is worth the reward. Having sunk so much money into the trip it is disappointing we feel like we are forced to go on this trip. The idea of having to stay an extra 10 days and miss work seems likely given the spread of the virus but the only other option is to walk away from thousands of dollars. Cloud 9’s response to that is “we hear you” but WE DON’T CARE.
That is their main message. They don’t care about their customer and their customers concerns. Once they get you signed on doing the safe or right thing goes out the window. They just don’t care anymore, and they don’t even want to talk about it.
When considering going with Cloud 9 you should know that if there are no hiccups your vacation will go well. We went in 2020 before the pandemic and had a great time, but don’t count on them to be helpful or do the right thing if it is not all smooth sailing because….. they don’t care.

I am a repeat customer of Cloud 9. My partner and I traveled through them to see the Avett Brothers in Mexico. The experience was amazing! I don't think i can criticize Cloud 9 for any mishaps that may have happened at the Hard Rock - but all in all the interface that i have had with Cloud 9 has been fine. I will update if i have any problems or further grand experiences this second experience.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Cloud 9 Adventures doesn't care at all about their customers, as long as they have their money in hand. They definitely don't care about the common good during a pandemic as well, in fact, the complete opposite. In addition, every communication received (emails, social posts and even a personal text message from a staff member) lacked transparency and was disingenuous.

I can't say enough good things about this company amd the crew that works there . They put on magical events and create the best environments to do so. Thank you cloud 9 for your professionalism and for navigating through the crazy pandemic . I am so grateful for everything this company does . I have been to 14 events thus far and look forward to that number increasing over the years . I'm a cloud 9 lifer.

Non-responsive during a time where communication was paramount. Inconsiderate to the health and well-being of attendees during an ever changing global pandemic. And inflexible when thousands of dollars were at stake per attendee. Will literally never consider attending any Cloud9 event again. A major shift from someone who attended the inaugural Wilco SBS and clearly planned on attending more if only the organizers had a shred of decency.
