Mike and our driver Paul were one of the best parts of our wedding weekend. We worked with Mike to figure out the best transportation plan for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding day. We had a very unique situation both days that required specific instructions, multiple stops, and multiple pick ups. To be honest, I was really nervous. The week before our wedding, both Mike and our driver Paul were very communicative and eased a lot of our worries. In fact, Paul drove our routes a few days before to confirm the best path due to construction and some events that shut down roads. Paul drove for us both nights of our weekend and was so unbelievably kind and professional. As you can imagine, herding a group of people isn’t the easiest job but Paul was very patient and flexible. It was SO hot our wedding weekend so thank god the bus had AC for us and our guests to be comfortable. Paul even made 2 extra trips to help our bridal party and my husband and I get to the reception instead of us walking (our original plan). Paul absolutely made our weekend and we are so eternally grateful to him! Call Mike, tell him what you need, and he will make it work!!!

Buyer beware. Mike, owner, hung up on us after we tried to engage him amicably in a reconciliation of a horrible experience renting a “trolley” which was really just a bus.

His driver tried to turn around in the middle is our road and got stuck, requiring us to pull him out using our Jeep. He then required us to sit next to him- at his request- to tell him where to go- as in every single turn, as he refused to use any sort of phone navigation and seemed quite confused about the agenda they had been emailed to them 3 times.

As a result we were so late to our first stop we couldn’t enjoy it and missed our 3rd stop completely.

Some folks care about their customers, and some don’t. Mike made it clear he doesn’t.

Spare yourself time and money and go with an honest and reputable transportation company!

Coach Quarters did a wonderful job of safely transporting our wedding guests to and from Swan Lake Event Center and the hotels in Bridge Park! All of our guests were greatly impressed with the punctuality and professionalism! Thank you so much!
