Horrible service. First, the waitress didn’t even get our drinks right (party of 2). Then she got our order wrong. She didn’t give us straws for the drinks or napkins, we had to ask for them. She forgot our ranch for the onion tanglers. I ordered chili cheese fries and got regular fries but she still charged me. When I told her I didn’t get chili cheese fries she inspected my plate to make sure I wasn’t lying. Then she brought me the new bill and didn’t even leave a pen to sign it with, I had to ask for that too. It seems like she was never properly trained and she was working a busy Friday night. The food was subpar at best, I will not return.

Had the Bourbon Burger. Came to the table Hot and Fresh. The sauce was great. Had a Warm Up Chili Cheese Fries were great. They have fresh cut fries. I also had their milk shake of the Month. The milk shake was nice a large. Came with Toppings and a decorative glass. If your at the mall you and your family will really enjoy this location

Huge fan of the local feel with a bigger chain sports bar atmosphere. Have always had greater servers, recommend the loaded buff fries as an app - favorite for me & my wife.

Party of 4 for lunch.
1st time visit,
They didn't seem happy we came in the door from the parking lot, guy said "Go to the Front door the hostess will seat you" in an annoyed voice. I guess they want you to use the mall entrance, if so they should put a sign on the door.
Nachos were very good.
We had a turkey burger, bacon, cheeseburger, grilled cheese with bacon and parmesan burger. The sandwiches were good and hot the fries were limp and soggy with no seasoning.
There are plenty of tvs there if you want to watch sports while dining.

Good food, nice settings atmosphere, plenty of TV's. But again like anywhere else just seems a dollar or 2 over priced just my opinion. I dont mind premium prices at all as long as service and food is A+, mine was ok to good. I will say very generous with the sides, I upgraded to onion tanglers from frys and there was enough to feed 3 people. I had order wings to go some months ago and will say they was great as well. Would recommend for a good burger and would go back if wanting a good burger or sports bar vibe!

This is the first time I've been to Coaches. I sat at the bar and Stephanie was the bartender. Ordered a grilled chicken salad, diet Pepsi, water, with extra dressing on the side. All my orders were delivered timely and the food was fantastic. Not to mention Stephanie is an amazing person to chat with and you can tell the employees here are happy to be delivering such a good restaurant experience.

Overall not a bad experience. Server was very nice and food was good. A 45 minute wait to get in and a bit of a wait for food. Our server apologized which was nice but we weren’t in a rush.
The “Big Texan Burger “ was very good along with the pickle chips. The pickle chips were an upgraded side.
Happy we got the onion tanglers to munch on while waiting for our food. The zesty ranch with them was very good. You can also get these as your side as well.
Good food and a great addition to the Ohio Valley Mall.
