We’ve rented from this place last year around Labor Day and it was a smooth process but, we rented a cart over this past holiday weekend and from the start it was a hassle. We showed up on time to rent the cart and waited 30 minutes for them to find the key to the cart. He ended up telling us they’d lost the key and that the manager/owner was on his way with more keys and could we come back in an hour. I requested free delivery and was told they’d do that and bring it to us in about an hour. It took another 2 1/2 hours for them to bring a cart and when they brought it the cart broke down as soon as drove it out of the driveway. The owner brought another cart which ran but did not have working blinkers or hazard lights. We were told by the owner he’d be providing us a discount which he did not. I’ve called 3 times since and they have not discounted the charge. The whole process was disorganized and unprofessional. The front desk staff were kind but, we won’t be renting from them again.

We visited Saint Simons on March 03, 2023. Wanted a better way to view and experience the island with our 4 year old and 3 year old grandkids, (than in and out of cars/trucks all day).
Randall was the person we spoke with, and made all arrangements with. He answered every question I had, and then some. Randall made this whole experience very pleasant, easy going, fun, and non stressful. ( I kept thinking, this seemed too easy, there's got to be a catch, seems almost too good to be true). I paid for our reservation, and said, we'll see you tomorrow. I told my husband, that it was SUCH a smooth process, something is gonna be, or go wrong when we show up.

ACTUALLY, Randall called the next morning, telling us he looked forward to our arrival, and he wanted to wish me a happy birthday! We found the property family easy, and met with Randall. He was warm, friendly, and very welcoming. He explained the roads to us, (where we could and could not go), gas, signals, how to return the cart in after hours. Our personal vehicles, he said, could remain parked right there at the shop, ( that was a PLUS - no need to search for parking, we were able to return to our vehicles when we needed things we didn't carry on the cart with us.

We could park in normal parking spots, however, the island also had golf cart only parking spots, which was quite an advantage. We left our coolers, towels and things on the cart while shopping and eating, and none of our stuff was messed with. The grands got an nice, open air nap, while we cruised enjoying the scenery, and little delights about the island we had never seen before.

I highly recommend using Coast to Coast, we will definitely be using them for our future day trips. And again, I want to say a special thank you to Randall, you are a true gem to work with.

I want to add, thank you to Linda, over at High Tides golf cart rental,who recommended Coast to Coast to us, as she did not have a large enough capacity cart for us. She definitely pointed us in the right direction. And put us in good hands.

Worked with Johnathan to get our annual golf cart rental this year. We have been coming to TYB for about 12 years now and enjoy the time spent at all the specialty shops and beaches. These carts help to get around town affordably, gives access to parking without a hassle, and are great quality! Best of all, the staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive! I was trying to find a good rate and good customer service for a golf cart rental and well I found exactly what I was looking for. Not only are the prices very good but the customer service was exquisite. Randall is a funny guy and really is good at his job. He went out of his ways to make sure I was satisfied with what I got. Glad to see southern hospitality is still being taught to this generation!
