My husband and I had an amazing experience with our travel advisor Danielle Koch. She helped us identify a hotel that best met our needs for our honeymoon, especially in the midst of Covid-19 and travel restrictions. She ensured that the experience was once in a lifetime. Danielle made sure that we had champagne in our room, as well as a handwritten congratulatory note upon arrival. We were upgraded upon arrival to one of the resort's nicest suites, and the trip was above and beyond anything we could have imagined! They took a $2100 deposit from me on an all inclusive cruise. After they charged my credit card, they sent me a list of all the extras that they never told me about: up charges for meals on the ship, land day tours that run as much as $500 a day, etc. Bait and switch is the way I see it. The worst part was their claim that the deposit is non-refundable. I'm disputing the charge. Don't do business with these people; they are ripoff artists.
