Layne Butler was so very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with assisting us with our wedding. She answered our random questions and made suggestions for the big day, that we would never thought of.
The team that came to set up the tent was very professional and knowledgeable as well as the team that broke down the tent. All around a smooth execution.

After inquiring with many companies in the area, ColdIron was the clear winner for us. Not only did they have wonderful products to provide, but Layne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. Scheduling a wedding during covid came with many uncertainties and changes, but she was there every step of the way. She also gave many suggestions that best suited our space, while being economical!

I also cannot recommend the Gold Chiavari Chairs enough. They are a beautiful color, very lightweight, comfortable, and are in pristine condition. It is evident that ColdIron cares about their products and takes great care of their inventory.

The crew that worked with us on the Shamrock Shuffle 5K was amazing. They showed up on time and were patient and helpful with us as we were first time 5K rookies! The guys were so much fun to work with. Along with being polite and accommodating. They are extremely hard workers that get the job done with no complaints when adjustments needed to be made. From planning the event layout to set up/tear down, we appreciate all Cold Iron and their staff did to help us have a spectacular event.!

After doing some research in the area, I decided to use Coldiron for my wedding on the Purple People Bridge, and I'm glad I did! From the start, Layne did an excellent job of helping me pick out the best equipment and created a diagram that showed where everything would be set up in relation to the space. We decided to go with a tent in addition to tables, chairs, linens, trash cans, and dinnerware. They had it all! We also added the climate-controlled restroom trailer which my guests kept complimenting throughout the evening! The team that set it up and tore down worked hard with good attitudes. I would highly recommend Coldiron and Layne and will definitely be using them in the future!

We ended up having to change our original plans for our wedding due to covid restrictions. We were on the hunt for a tent, tables, chairs and a few other items with just a little over a month in order to keep our same wedding date. Coldiron from the beginning was wonderful to work with! They easily helped me to decide what we needed best for our wedding and even gave lots of options. They came out to view the property and helped us figure out the perfect spot for the tent. Layne, was amazing in getting the design lay-out to us and took our multiple changes in stride. The set up and tear down was a breeze. All of our guests felt comfortable as we were able to space out the tables a little more and we had multiple fans going to keep the air circulating. Every single person at our wedding commented on how beautiful everything came together. I would highly recommend this company for any rental need. They are efficient, reasonably priced and extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. Thank you for making our wedding a dream come true !

Best customer service I have ever had. Layne is a pure pleasure to work with and pays attention to detail. Our original venue cancelled on us due to covid-19 and Cold Iron Event Rentals did a fantastic job to make this the most memorable day for my step daughters wedding on such a short notice.
