Professional and personal at the same time. This was the absolute best experience. I can't imagine not having Cole Drake as our wedding planner. We planned a large (170) person wedding in less than 8 months. We met every week and every detail was set, down to the minute. On the wedding weekend, there wasn't one issue that the mother of the bride had to think about. I felt just like a wedding guest! Stephanie, Makela and then the day of Courtney were incredible. I see other weddings where the family has to plan this and that and execute that task. We did absolutely nothing but enjoy our day. I Highly recommend!

When our daughter and her fiancé decided to get married in Napa, CA, my husband and I were so excited. We had been married there 29 years before! My daughter and I were very excited to begin the planning process but we had absolutely NO idea how much the wedding industry had changed. It started with the requirement to have a wedding planner to even access venues. My daughter began researching planners and interviewed a few but stopped the search immediately when she spoke to Stephanie Cole at Cole Drake Events. Our year and a half journey began with a two day whirlwind venue tour covering nine venues in both Napa and Healdsburg in which I felt like I was in a back stage tour of the Napa Valley! It was so much fun!

Throughout the planning process, Stephanie and Megan controlled the process by guiding Ally and Pj through the many decision that needed to be made without creating stress for them. This is no easy task when it comes to my daughter so I was so impressed with their style. They were so professional when they needed to be but also able to get in the trenches and talk out wedding issues that really had nothing to do with them. Wedding therapists if you will!

We were promised a seamless wedding day and told that we would never know if anything went wrong. The promise was kept and surpassed in every way. From the rehearsal to the early morning “day of” getting ready, the vibe remained calm, cool and everything was taken care of. All the vendors that Stephanie recommended were amazing! From Nancy Liu Chin, the florist who created the most beautiful floral arrangements to Owl Lighting, DJ Cams and Justin the Sax player who created the cooler night club scene! The wedding venue itself, The Four Seasons in Calistoga was the perfect backdrop for all of this and the service that the Four Seasons provided was top notch as promised by Stephanie!

My husband, father of the bride, stayed out of most of the planning process but on the wedding day he was blown away time and time again by Stephanie and team especially when he needed to go back to the room and realized he did not have a key and was immediately presented with one from Stephanie! “She didn’t miss a beat”!

I watched my sister transform from anxious and stressed about planning her wedding to completely calm “Bride-chilla” once Cole Drake came into the picture. Stephanie’s professionalism, work ethic and communication skills made it so easy to just relax and enjoy the process and most importantly, the wedding day! She orchestrated the most beautiful and flawless day that went off without a hitch. She worked hand in hand with vendors to make sure every detail was in place, and gave recommendations where needed.
