Moving to the Colony House was the best decision! We love it here and the property management is amazing. The few minor things that have popped up have been resolved so quickly, I’ve never lived in a building where management truly cares so much. On top of this in the short time we lived here they put in a gym and beautiful outdoor space with grills fire pits and seating right on the water. The apartment has been nicely renovated and all the closets have organizers in them giving you so much storage space. Plus great location with short walk to downtown and so many great restaurants. Highly recommend moving in if you get the chance!

I had a fantastic experience living at Colony House, and I’m so sad to leave. The property features beautifully renovated units and stunning water views. My absolute favorite part was the outdoor space—it’s gorgeous and the perfect spot to relax with a nice glass of wine.

The location in Red Bank is another huge plus, with amazing restaurants just minutes away. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

If you're looking for a great place to live in Red Bank, I highly recommend Colony House!

Colony House is a great place to live! The new owners did a great job renovating the building. Our apartment is HUGE and is beautifully remodeled. They've also done a great job on the common areas. We love the addition of a gym and the outdoor area is gorgeous and right on the water. Management is also very responsive and super nice. When we put in a maintenance ticket, the usually come on the same day. We're happy to call Colony House home!

The management is extremely responsive and polite. The apartments have amazing natural light and the views are spectacular. The new gym is a life changer, it has everything you need to workout and beautiful views of the river. The newly renovated backyard provides tenants the "backyard experience" in apartment living that you do not get elsewhere. The location is amazing, within minutes walking to everything Red Bank has to offer. The entry way to the building is beautiful, so much so people mistake it for a hotel (which is located down the street). A wonderful place to live and to raise a family.

Our experience at Colony House has been super impressive. We were seeking a top-notch luxury-like apartment building in a safe, beautiful location as our new home for our little family (my husband and baby daughter) vs. buying a home considering the current housing market/interest rates. We just moved in this past year, and it's been delightful.

The building has large apartment spaces with beautiful views of the Navesink River and the bustling city of Red Bank - walkable to everywhere in downtown Red Bank which was important to us.

Beautiful lobby, brand new gym that overlooks the river and a brand new "backyard" public space for residents including grills, firepits, lounge seating trailing all the way down to our very own river deck/dock.

Great technology/security in terms of entering the building and also individual apartment units.

The owners + building superintendent are incredibly responsive/delightful to interact with when we're experiencing any issue with our unit.

They provided donuts/coffee the day before Thanksgiving to kick-off the holiday season which was a nice pick-me-up. It's the small touches that go a long way.

We are very happy in our new home, and I would recommend it to anyone (all ages/demographics live here which is another plus)!

Our time at Colony House has been great! The apartments are incredibly spacious, the location is ideal with everything in downtown Red Bank (including the train station) just a 10 minute walk away.

The amenities here have significantly improved since we moved in early 2023. The gym is brand-new with anything you need (free weights, Peloton, rowing machine), and the recently updated outdoor space is a highlight. The backyard area features grills, firepits, and cozy lounge seating & a dog run, all leading down to a private river deck.

Whenever something pops up that we need addressed in the unit (nothing major - leaking shower door, making sure the heat is flowing to our apartment in the winter since it is not central, wall unit air conditioner maintenance, occasional sticky elevator doors, smart lock set up) the staff is swift to address and fix it - Antonio and Asarias are quite the combo!

Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to move to the area.

At Colony House, I have stunning river views, plenty of space in a nicely renovated apartment, and a feeling of safety. The management and the super are quick to respond and resolve any issues, and the residents are nice. If you're looking for luxury apartment living in Red Bank, I recommend Colony House.

It’s all about the closet space!

It’s a great place to live in Red Bank, allowing super fast access to the Parkway and walking into town was only 5-10mins depending on where you wanted to go (~8mins to the library and Playa Bowls, the most important spots!).

Whenever we had something that needed attention, the super and staff were right on it through the super convenient resident portal app. I’d personally also mention the nice touches here and there in the apartment - specifically the Schlage locks that allowed me to never have to fumble with my keys coming home to open my door. Plus it’s really really really convenient for me to just tap a button on my phone and presto - never missing a package delivery, food delivery, or worrying about forgetting my keys! The tech was great!

Overall, solid place to live and would definitely choose it again!
