The entire experience was so cool. Emilio is an entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide and was so good at ensuring that everyone was enjoying the experience and remained safe throughout.

There are also fun little trinkets and souvenirs in the gift shop. My kids and I loved panning for rocks and gems right outside the cave entrance.

I am looking forward to going back to explore the hiking trails, since I only made it to the cave tour this time with my kids.

We had an amazing tour guide, Emilio, and we really enjoyed his stories on the history of the caves. We laughed at the make believe ones while enjoying the factual ones. Emilio did a great job with our walk and the relaxing pace. I would highly recommend this tour to my friends and family. Thank you Emilio for sharing Colossal Cave Mountain Park with us.

We visited this amazing place for first time and we enjoyed a lot the tour. Arik was our guide and he made sure everybody had a great time. Top Notch customer service and very energetic guy… and yes, he smell good (inside joke that you’ll understand if you have him as your tour guide).

The atmosphere was a amazing. It was a bit dark but it just added to the ambiance. One of the few enjoyable outdoor activities to do in Arizona during summer. The guide made my son an honorary tour guide letting him help w/ stuff. He said it was one of the best days of his life.
My only complaint is there's a steep staircase as you enter before your eyes adjust. I fell and sprained my ankle. Thankfully the walk is fairly easy and slow and I was able to make it through the hike allowing my son this very enjoyable experience.

We had the best time! Our tour guide (Emilio) was amazing. He had a great personality and we had all the fun! That long and luscious hair was amazing. 😉
Seriously, he was fantastic and we would 100% recommend. We might consider Dalton on the next go round... but really... Emilio was where it was at.

Our guide, Emilio, was great. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The Dad Jokes were an added bonus along with his luscious locks of hair, ha! The cave itself was pretty neat. You go up and down over 300 stairs throughout this walking tour. The temperature is always about 71° therefore, most people will not need any type of jacket. The stairs have handrails so traversing them shouldn't be that difficult for the average person. In certain spots along the tour there are some low hanging protrusions for which you will have to watch your head. There is a nice gift shop and a small café booth where you can get snacks and beverages.
