Stayed at this location for the first time, being that it’s close to the highway and not far from my house. Did an overnight stay so the kids could swim in the pool and have a great time out from the house. Pool is so cold that it’s unusable. Asked 3 times about getting the temp warmed up on the “heated indoor pool” that’s listed on the hotel amenities and gave it several hours to find it was still ice cold. Room was decent, with built in shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles mounted in the restroom. Heat and air worked great in the room too. My room had a mysterious spot the in the carpet between the beds that would not dry out, was always wet so you had to watch where you stepped. The lady I dealt with at check in was amazing and super personable. I wish I had gotten her name. The staff working in the morning were not as helpful. Breakfast items were not refilled, except for the bagels. The person working the front counter was sitting in the breakfast area on his phone, and at one point had his head down on the table appearing to take a nap. I’d call ahead and ask if the pool heater is working before booking if I were to stay here again. Unfortunately the pool is the only reason we needed the hotel room, and we couldn’t even enjoy it. Was really a bummer for the kids!

Definitely not my favorite. It’s close to the Ohio Turnpike. the staff was very friendly, and very nice. There’s a Quality Inn next to it that I’ve found to be more favorable. The shower had mold growing in the tub and the place was dated. They gave me a keycard that definitely was “recycled.” While I do appreciate reuse, this didn’t give me the warm fuzzies. When I tired to plug in my phone to recharge for the night, the charging station, one of those built into the furniture, sparked and smoked, so I decided that was a fire hazard……I also tried to plug into an actual wall outlet, but my charger fell out of it since it was “well used.” I opted to use the one across the room on the base of the lamp. Not coming back.

Coffee is better than some I've stayed in... And I travel a lot.. it's perk vers those lousy instant machines some comfort inns have.. uninspired breakfast. Scrambled rubber eggs and questionable sausage are the only proteins available.. stale bakery selections.... But the coffee does resemble actual coffee. I don't know why but all the outside lights are turned off in the early morning. So going out to the work van on the ice can be a challenge..
Rooms are ok. I have loose floor tiles in my bathroom. They don't service the rooms during the week unless you ask for it.. when I asked for my trash to be emptied, I was told they will try? I mean it was emptied but let's try and be a little more professional please.. I get that when guest levels are low, it saves money to not service the rooms.. but it's gotta be hard on the service staff and kinda makes it difficult living in the room all week long..

Dissatisfied we always look forward to a nice swim. The pool wasn't working. It was out of order. Even time we left we had to have our keys reset. We had to walk around to get in because our keys didn't work for the door close to our room. I have issues with walking long distances.

Very nice hotel tucked in a nice location . Customer service was great . R Room was very clean & Cozy the beds were super comfortable . The breakfast was delicious . They was cleaning & Maintaining the breakfast area very well . No complaints here . If ur In the area, looking for a nice comfy hotel, I would suggest u Try this location .There’s a Mexican restaurant right next-door. That’s very good 4 dinner .

Positive: Clean, extremely affordable, all amenities listed were as described. Negative: Pool heat was broken the first night I was there and closed the second night I was there. Things happen, still a great place to stay.

As soon as you walk into room 302, the smell of mold hits you in the face!!!!! They gave us air fresher but had to return it right away. That didn't help the smell. The bathroom is very dirty. The bed comforter was dirty. They would not give us a new room. This place made me really sick sleeping here. I would avoid sleeping here at all costs!!!

The pictures online look nice, but when we got to our first room we found a cockroach crawling on the mirror. (See picture) We switched rooms and upon inspection, I found a house centipede crawling around in the bed. (That pic is not very clear because it was crawling fast). They offered us a 3rd room, and we haven't found any bugs yet. The heater smells like burnt hair. We are staying here for now, pending anything else we might find. We are exhausted from a 5 hour drive or we would have left to find another hotel already. We won't stay here again, and don't recommend.
