UPDATE:

I am very impressed with this Comfort Inn after my stay. The room was great, beds very comfortable. Access to the highway is easy. Local restaurants are near. The bed is very comfortable. There is a great indoor pool and fitness center. The breakfast is good and plentiful. They cleaned my room
daily. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hopefully, the experience when I arrive will be better than getting hung up on and then put on hold for a long time while trying to get info on the room. I am not impressed with customer service at this time.

If the room is clean and facilities well maintained and if the staff is helpful while I'm there, I'll certainly update this review to reflect my experience.

I was a little skeptical when we first pulled up as it was just a simple building next to the highway, but after checking in and getting to the room I was impressed by the cleanliness all around. The exercise room was clean and although small, the equipment was all in working order. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose for dinner. After a long day of traveling we went to bed early and it was a quiet night. Breakfast was your basic buffet, but Anna the server kept it stocked with piping hot food. She also greeted each guest as they came in the dining room and sent them off with a “have a good day” to each guest. We watched her spray down each table with disinfectant as the guests were finished and left. Very impressive! Also when we were getting ice out of the machine and spilled some, a housekeeper immediately came over with a mop to clean it up. Would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint.... No complimentary water bottles for guests. The soda machine has auquafina for $3.00. It's water. This should at least be cheaper than a soda.

We have stayed at this location twice and because we liked it so much, we assumed that all Comfort Inn's were the same. NOT TRUE! This location was so amazing in comparison. The staff is super friendly, Jacob took care of us even though he had worked the graveyard shift, he was accommodating and willing to help his coworkers with a smile on his face. Very impressive. each time our rooms were spotlessly clean and had a fresh fragrance. There was just such attention to detail. The breakfast was similar as other locations, but the fresh fruit had more options and there were more selections for juice, as well. So nice to have juice that wasn't all sugar! I will remember this place when I travel back through.

I hate comfort in hotels, that being said this one is great. Brand new building, safe location, good location.

My only complaint is how much the prices move up and down, I paid 120 for a night and now I see it’s 80. I’m a human being, not a stock market board. I dislike this hustle culture that has taken over American business and it’s screwing over the country. I understand all hotels do this now days but it has gotten so much worse in the last 10 years, that’s how long I have been living in hotels traveling all over the country now.
