Booked a room 4 months in advance only to show up to a closed hotel with no notification. I would highly recommend not even trying to stay here.

When you pull into a well lit parking lot that has plenty of spaces and notice how new the hotel looks from the outside, it gives you a secure feeling. That did not go away when entering the lobby and room. Lots of lighting and extremely comfortable room. Very pleasant experience. Staff made you feel at home. Recommend this property.

Hotel reservation was canceled due to renovations, but no phone call or email was received. When I called to make sure the reservation was canceled, it was still showing in the system, and they received an error when they tried to cancel it. If I had not called to add a night, I would have shown up to a closed hotel and nowhere to stay.

Great place for us. The pool looked kinda green and questionable but we weren’t going to use it anyway. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. We would definitely stay here again.

We stopped for one night on a road trip. It was perfect for this purpose. Very affordable. Clean. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy parking and easy location. It is by no means luxurious - there aren't many amenities - but if you just need to stay the night off the highway, this hotel is perfect for that purpose.

Comfort Suites doesn't disappoint; all was as I had expected.|Excellent, quiet, spotless room; b'fast was great. Helpful & courteous staff. Good location close to f-way; exactly as I needed for my road trip. Can't go wrong here. Will be stopping here every time I come through.

The room was dirty, greasy fingerprints on the furniture. The pool was gross, hot tub looked nice but no towels. The breakfast was disgusting, the “fresh eggs” that were brought out were ice cold.
The bed was comfy though but overall I was very disappointed and will never stay here again!!

We did not have a good experience. Out of all the hotels we had to choose from We picked this one for what they were advertising on line, but the place was a dump and showing signs of being under kept by maintenance and cleaning staff.

There were multiple lights out throughout the room which would seem like a minor detail, but its a very simple fix. Leading me to find the toilet was dirty, "questionable" stains on the fold out couch, and stains on the carpet.

The whole reason we stayed was for the hot tub and indoor pool. Felt like an upgrade, but the jets did not work, and the water felt disgusting. Imagine taking a warm bath using the water for 1000 other people. The pool's base coating was chipping and coming up from the floor all throughout. The handicap pool lift was completely rusted out. However, they continue to advertise it on line.

This all was an issue for us. Especially the pool area being so gross. I asked the front desk what they would be able to do, but they offered no solution. Except, they did assure me the manager would call me to discuss our stay, but never did. The manager did tell the front desk person that the hot tub was working, but the jets weren't. He claimed that maintenance was fixing it in the morning. So, now they are lying to me.

I don't believe they are going to fix anything, especially the needs of their guest's passing through. NOT recommend for service, relaxation, or clean rooms.
