Wasn’t sure after some bad reviews on here, but everything was as expected. Clean and friendly reception, hallways smelt of fresh cleaning products, room was very clean and well appointed. No complaints. Breakfast was good and tidy, usual breakfast fare. Great stay thanks.

Clean, affordable, calm and close to everything. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast offered multiple options hot and cold and diversified each day. The employees were polite and professional. Will definitely come back.

We had an event to attend, and this is located right off of I-84 in East Hartford, CT, which was ideal. Even though it sits next to the highway, it is surprisingly quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. We had to be out early, so we couldn't stay for the free breakfast, but it smelled great. We'll stay here next time we're in town.

We have a fantastic time. Great hotel Chirstian booked us in, he was very welcoming,, knew exactly what he was doing. Clean and tidy. Bus route close by, we like to relax and not drive, bus number 88 got us downtown. you have never seen America until you have rode the public busses, the drivers are very helpful and kind.

Nice hotel. Looks to be recently remodeled.|We stopped in to take a nap and shower before our flight after a long day of work, Denisha at the front desk made our stay easy and comfortable, very professional.|Right by the interstate so can be noisy but convenient. But it has my 3 pros. Clean, bed soft, and Friendly personnel

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. As a platinum rewards holder I'm so very disappointed with this location. Room was clean bed sucks very Big dip in the middle. When entering this place Danisha!!!!!! was very helpful and professional 👏 👌. But thee overnight gi Brittany...Sorry but No good.she never gave me a wake up call,plus thee elevator had a temporary out of order sign.when I mentioned to Brittany that there was no call.she laughed and disappeared in the back with no response!!!!! WOWWWWW....BE CAREFUL RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION...CORPORATE SHOULD SEE THIS BY 9AM....

Front Desk Staff is great and friendly. Danisha was very helpful and the check in process was a breeze. Place is clean and smells great. Free breakfast too this place is a bargain. 5 stars to Danisha
