I accidentally booked a room for the day previous to when I was arriving. I was upset. I think the hotel choice site possibly switched the date because I'd switched back from purchasing the room to site but it could have been my error. So the room was no longer reserved and they wouldn't give a refund. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He apologized and he felt so bad. He gave me a friends and family rate which was very kind to him. He wasn't accusing this very professional and calm and treated me with respect was a really good employee. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but I would recommend this hotel. The room was immaculate. And it was comfortable bed recommend to anyone so I definitely would recommend to anyone. They're very friendly.

The hotel really needs to be maintained better. My room had no fan in the bathroom and looked like something had been ripped off the wall with parts still sticking out. Both of these issues in the bathroom without bringing up other things. However, the staff was great.

Room had a cockroach we killed on the bathroom counter. Older “musty” interior smell. Upgrade is 8 years old and it needs another one. Check-in service was common but no “welcome” approach for a Platinum Choice Hotel members. Check out with GM was outstanding…friendly, thankful for my business and outgoing comments for a great weekend ahead.

There were roaches, mold, and dried mucous on the walls of the room. The breakfast was not appealing. Some off colored sausage, weirdly done eggs and biscuits that were intended to be sausage and egg biscuits. Pastries seemed old. Walking down the hall, the floor felt like it had holes. This property is over due for a remodel with starting over from the ground.

Outstanding experiences during both the check-in process and communicating with the GM after departure! Hotel staff was courteous and I enjoyed the fresh food at breakfast. Highly recommend staying at this Comfort Inn.

Needs updating. Room was extremely humid and sticky. Felt springs in the mattress plus it was sunken in centrally. Excellent water pressure and hot.

Positive: Absolutely nothing! Negative: Musty mildew smell in the room. Visible dirty, stains, and white mold on chair and bed frame that was a dark brown cloth material! This was the filthiest place I have ever stayed, and I wish I had more options or I would have left!

What happened to the sweet curly hair girl whose name I believe began with a J? She was so helpful!!! The staff here are so toxic, as a guest I don't like seeing employees being treated poorly. Where is management? Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Overpriced and the pool is a joke.
