We were delighted by the service of Comfort Keepers for the past three months. The aides were knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and eager to engage my wife in activities and conversations. Each was willing to perform a wide variety of activities that neither my wife nor I could. Each developed a meaningful relation with both of us. Hello I am proud to leave a positive review for Comfort Keepers. Inparticular Maria Alcantara. Being in law enforcement it is not easy to trust people in my house. When directives are given all task were done. Sticky fingers were a concern but I am delighted that this has not happened. Maria takes the initiative to bring activities to do. Maria is always early and never late. Maria has great communication and that is really rare in this day and age. I am entirely grateful to see that people really do care about the elderly. Comfort Keepers did not disappoint!

I cannot recommend Comfort Keepers Home Care highly enough. I was able to keep my mother-in-law home with us for years longer than we could have if it not for their outstanding service. Her caregivers Liz and Faye got to know her very well and always made sure she was as happy and well-cared for as possible. And the administrative staff was always very helpful when we needed to make temporary adjustments to our schedule or theirs. We are very glad we chose their service.

my father has been in Comfort Keepers' care for approx. 6 months. he's had a few different caregivers, and over time the co. has helped us to establish some much-needed consistency, by managing the schedule to consolidate his care to two individuals. every single caregiver he's had has been wonderful -- friendly, prompt, understanding & communicative -- and accommodating to his personal wishes (like being driven to lunch on weekdays, to see his friends). the caregivers who work in tandem also keep a log so that they can communicate important details to each other (and to me). the central office is very organized, has never dropped a ball, and has always been very quick (& thorough) in responding to requests for changes, updates or general info. it's clear that my father is not a number or a billable entity to them; they retain information about him, and each person i talk to is up-to-speed on details of his care. and shockingly, the cost is entirely equitable; the quality of care my father is receiving is worth more than what he's being charged. i'm frankly unsure i've ever worked with a company as organized or as consistently reliable as Comfort Keepers.

We have been using Comfort Keepers for over 15 months and would strongly recommend. Our caregiver, Brenda, is consistently on time, helpful and polite as one would expect. She exceeds our expectations with her trustworthiness, integrity and compassion. Also she is quick to point out any changes in care that are necessary. Brenda and office management are both understanding of the dynamics of our family and have been able to accommodate any extra care we need. Lastly, the entire team is able to walk the fine line of becoming part of our family while maintaining a professional relationship. Again, we would highly recommend Comfort Keepers.
