I recently reserved Comfort Suites (Commerce, GA)Meeting Room (March 8, 2025) for a class reunion gathering. The desk clerks Natalia and Elizabeth was so friendly and courteous to me and my guests. They were there the night before when we went in to set up the room for the next day's event, we gave them roses for being so nice. These ladies deserve some type of reward for their professionalism. The rooms were very clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because there's a sticker on the mirror in the restroom that states "housekeeping is available by request only". However, when we went to breakfast, someone came into our room to change our towels. This wasn't a problem because nothing was stolen. Just weird when you're not expecting anyone due to them saying it's by request. So just remember to put the do not disturb sign on your door. Other than that, it was great. Full breakfast as well. Not just toast and cereal. Decent prices as well. over $200 less than the ones in Athens.

This score could have been ultimately a 10 but given the circumstances I feel like my score is needed. So the elevators were not working for the entire stay and for the inconvenience the agent did waive the pet fee, so that helped. The shower was below average due to the fact the water pressure was low and the water did not get hot. Changing your shower times did not affect the shower at all. . Lasty the sausage during breakfast was off.

*5/5 Stars: Exceptional Southern Hospitality at Comfort Suites, Commerce GA!*

We're still beaming from our incredible stay at Comfort Suites in Commerce, GA! The staff's warm Southern hospitality and charm made us feel like royalty. Their friendly demeanor and accommodating nature were truly impressive.

Our room was immaculate, smelling fresh and clean, with the most comfortable beds we've ever experienced in any hotel. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a constant flow of fresh, hot food. Those homemade biscuits and perfect gravy were a highlight! Our entire family enjoyed a feast fit for kings.

We appreciated the convenient washer and dryer facilities, with the thoughtful touch of providing quarters that could be charged to our room.

What sets Comfort Suites apart is their exceptional service, cleanliness, and value. We've stayed at pricier hotels that didn't come close to matching this experience.

As we traveled from New Jersey to Florida and back, Comfort Suites was our favorite stop by far. We feel fortunate to have discovered this gem, thanks to our cousin's recommendation.

We'll be returning to Comfort Suites every time we visit our Georgia family! Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

When we first arrived, it seemed like a pretty descent hotel. We checked in, the lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. She put us on the 4th floor. We got all of our belongings upstairs and went to grab dinner. When we got back, the elevator door almost didn’t open to let us off. Fast forward to the next morning, which was a Friday, the elevator was completely out of commission. It stayed that way all weekend. They had no clue when it would get fixed. The bed was absolutely horrible. There is no reason the beds should not be replaced. They are completely worn out. On Friday, we went to a concert, when we got back, we noticed the door to the staircase leading outside was open. We get to the top and that door is open to the 4th floor. There is a room (402 possibly) directly across from the stair case whose door was open. Someone was clearly living there and it was absolutely trashed and had the worst smell ever. The smell went down the staircase, hallway and into other rooms. Our room smelled so bad at this point and we didn’t have that issue before we left for the concert. My husband called the front desk and asked about it. They played completely stupid and said maybe someone smoked in our room. Not the case at all. The smell stayed the entire time we were there at that point. We checked out on Sunday. My sister in law and her family were there also, they tried the hotel breakfast and were highly disappointed, even with the coffee. I was more than ready to leave and head home.

My stay was great and the receptionist were very helpful. My only concern is that i left almost $100 worth of bathroom supplies and was given the run around when i called back to get it from lost and found. I still havent heard anything back. I loved my stay and even signed up for a membership but i dont know anymore if anything i leave is grounds to be stolen.

Clean rooms with plenty of space. My only complaint is the beds are completely worn out and killed my back. My bed had a huge dip in one side of it and it feels like the old school spring mattresses. Everything else was great!

I have so much to say really. Okay so first of all the elevator is broken but hey, they can’t help that who cares. Get to the room? Air conditioner is also broken. Just BLASTIC freezing air and won’t shut off. That’s fine I guess no problem. Use the bathroom? The toilet lifts up. ..righhhtt.. go to use the hot tub? ACTUAL lump mess in there that’s.. suspiciously brown. Hey. Ykno. Can’t help that so much due to the people and little kids I guess but what IS the problem was how the staff had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen at ANY establishment. Didn’t acknowledge us when we spoke to them politely, rolled their eyes, and generally had a horrible attitude. Like my bad babes, didn’t mean to make you work while you’re at your job. My fault.. then as we’re checking out the fire alarm in our hallways is literally just ripped off the wall and on the floor. I don’t know. Just a mess. To be fair it’s not their fault so no blame. ASIDE from how unpleasant their attitudes were. Apart from one slightly older woman at the front desk and the man who carries bage and stuff. They were super sweet. Young girl at the desk though is incredibly rude. Maybe she was having a bad day though. Who knows
