Room reeked so bad of mold!! Carpet sticky...absolutely horrible room!! Room 104
Ground Floor! I bet all the ground room floors reeked of mold! It was that bad!

I told the front desk. Nice girl. She noted it. But that didn't resolve the fact that for 3 nights I had to sleep in MOLD!

We would've left but there were no other hotels available as it was a busy weekend.

This is a dated hotel that needs a complete remodel.

At least the staff were nice. All but the manager (Debbie) who was rather rude on the phone the day before we were to check in. I'd replace this woman with someone who has a better personality!! FAST!!

3 days after my initial billing I got hit with a 250.00 charge? I guess that's what happens when you fill out the corporate survey complaining about the MOLD!!!

I'll file a fraudulent charge to my credit card.
After reading reviews left by others? I'm not the first to complain about the MOLD! Yet they still operate like the MOLD isn't an issue....

Came down for a wedding, the room was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a quick stay over. The gift shop could have a few more options for snacks and drinks but it was fine. ||The hotel could use a little maintenance, but overall it was okay.

Room was clean and tidy. Had a good A/C unit quiet and easy to control. The room was spacious and the bathroom was laid out well. The negative was the breakfast. Powdered eggs , cheap sausage and no bagels. The staff was polite and helpful. We will stay here again.

Once I entered the hotel to check-in, I waited for 5-10 minutes before even being acknowledged. The employee was in the back doing something, but it took a while to get checked in.

Once we entered our room, it was very unclean. There were dirty hand prints on the walls and others marks all over the walls. It seemed to be from either suit cases, equipment, or rough housing.

I wish I could post the pictures I took, but there was a stream of blood dried on the desk chair and there was some other liquid spilled on the chair as well. We stayed two solid nights and our room wasn’t even cleaned. I would have left the building immediately, but we prepaid.

The service and cleanliness was UNACCEPTABLE! Just gross. We deserve a REFUND for the blood alone. Please do not stay here, please stay at the Hampton Inn next door and somewhere else. Stay away from Comfort Suites.

Not the cleanest hotel. Found several hairs in tub...on toilet seat...but the longest one on one of the towels. The room however was very comfortable and it has it own dehumidifier.

Horrible horrible customer service. First off we booked a lot of rooms for a tournament we were attending. After booking and getting confirmation they called atleast 1 family and said they had to cancel their room bc they overbooked. We had about 10 or more rooms rented so a couple of us went at 215/220 to see if we could check in between games so that we could put our stuff in our room bc we were going to be at the tournament until real late. I was told that check in was @300 and the rooms were being cleaned. I understand check in isn’t until 3 but here I am 40 min early and you’re telling me you’re gonna have 10 rooms cleaned in 40 min but none are cleaned now?! Well the front desk lady walked away and I happened to see a lady in housekeeping and she seemed a bit confused on why we couldn’t check in well then someone else came walks out and starts the oh check in isn’t until 300. I told her I get that but I’ve never had a problem and that we travel a lot for softball and dance and have done so for the last 20 years. We’ll she walked away also bc she couldn’t give me an answer to how 10 plus rooms were all gonna be cleaned magically in 40 min. We left and I called for the district managers number and the lady gave me the choice hotels members number. So I called back and told her she gave me the wrong number. Well someone else gets on the phone and says hello. I said yes I’m holding for the district managers number. She proceeded to say they don’t have a district manager but her general manager works Monday - Friday. I questioned again them not having a room and she tells me that they weren’t cleaned and that if she allowed me to go in my room before check in she’d have to let everyone else. Then she told me I could go back right now which was 240 by that time and I said um no I was there 20 min ago and you had nothing clean. I went there to see if we could put stuff in our room bc we will be at the park till 9:00. And she replies well your room will definitely be ready by 9:00. No shit Renee! I know my room will be ready before 900!! The point is your customer service sucks and i will let everyone know not to stay at your hotel!

Positive: Location Negative: I went to use the shower and the water was barely above room temperature. Front desk lady said she had to reset the water heater. What kind of hotel has to reset their water heater to have hot water? We had to skip it because we were on a schedule.

I stayed at this hotel while en route to my nephews Airforce graduation in San Antonio, TX. We woke up early and were on a pretty tight schedule as it is still a very long drive. When I went to take a shower, I turned on the water and hopped in. After waiting for over 5 minutes for water to get hot, I realized that it was not going to get hotter than luke warm. As I was already in I just dealt with it. My wife and son also had to get showers. I went to front desk to find out why the water was not hot. The front desk lady told me that the water heater probably needed to be reset and nobody had let her know. She was going to reset it now. What kind of hotel got to reset their hot water My wife and son just skipped the shower because we didn't have time to wait for the water to heat up. You have a serious problem if your hotel water heater can't handle capacity without tripping. And for an employee to handle it like it's a normal thing is really bananas. I will never be back to this hotel and will never use a Comfort Suites again!

I called in advance and asked if they had truck parking and the lady at the front desk said yes and I asked if she was sure and she said trucks park here all the time. We'll when I arrived they DO NOT have big truck parking. The only big truck there was a single cab bobtail. So if you are looking for truck parking here skip this place. The only reason I was able to manoeuvre a 70ft rig was because a guy in the parking lot helped out and I only stayed because I was out of hours.
