The hotel was nice. Yes the room could have been a little cleaner but it wasn’t the worst considering I do my own little cleaning as well. I really enjoyed the coffee and the staff were nice and friendly. So many nearby stores and restaurants which was convenient. Felt very safe in the area as well. This just might be my new go-to place to stay when visiting Columbus.

Very clean place. Front desk is super friendly and welcoming. The very best part was there pool. It’s not freezing cold it’s the PERFECT warm/room-temperature pool! ( I haven’t experienced that in a while lol). Perfect for elders or even small children. The mounted TV’s rotate in the rooms. The only thing is they still have bar soap. I’m used to the liquid dove soaps at other hotels, but who cares this hotel is very nice!

This hotel is in the perfect location and ideal for staying for an event that is downtown. The rooms are so big and the hotel was very clean. They even let us check-in early since we had our kids with us. I was only disappointed about the pool being closed, breakfast was a bust and doors slamming at 2and 3am. My oldest was really looking forward to swimming but was closed for our whole stay. There were limited options for breakfast and would be nice to have a little more variety. I know that the doors slamming is beyond the hotels control, but sounded like a bowling ball was being dropped on concrete multiple times in the early hours of the morning. Would stay here again! Cannot beat the price.

The pool looks great but they tell you you can't swim because it needs chemicals. Last several days they've had no eggs for their so-called continental breakfast and today they don't even have sausage. I asked to have my room cleaned and fresh towels in the morning when I leave for work and when I get back nothing has been done. Their service is absolutely terrible..... there are several better hotels within a mile.

Overall, our stay was amazing! The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was a little dirty in the corners, but that is just nitpicking. The coffee is TERRIBLE though. So if you are a coffee drinker, bring your own. The breakfast was also subpar. The one thing I always look for at a hotel is continental breakfast so I don't have to get breakfast elsewhere, but it wasn't very good. I still say that we got an amazing value for our stay. Overall, I would recommend the stay here!

This hotel was wonderful! All the staff I dealt with were all professional, courteous, and very pleasant! I absolutely would stay here again. I was greatly impressed with how clean it was also.

This place was great, the room was clean and big. We requested a walk in shower. And the bathroom is big and nice. Only concern was the curtains did not fit the shower and water soaked the floor so had to use our clean towel so we didn’t fall, and the tv is way out dated… so we couldn’t find a decent movie to watch. no blinds so it looked like day time all night . But other than that and compared to other hotels for the same price in this area. This would be my go to for grove city area .

The rooms are beautiful. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. They have truck/rv parking behind the hotel. Breakfast was very good, hot & cold choices. The girl at front desk was extremely helpful and nice. She greeted us with a smile every time we saw her. I wish I got her name.
