i understand having a small parking lot, but i pulled into this parking lot trying to get into the vets office next door where there was currently a car accident and the cops were responding which had me confused. i saw the signs that said reserved parking and was trying to figure out where i needed to go when a lady who works at this office came up to my window yelling at me. she said "to park where i parked this morning" which my husband dropped of this morning so i didn't know which parking lot was correct at first. i immediately burst into tears because my cat got euthanized and i was just trying to pick up his lifeless body that had once been so full of joy that he brought into my life. if you have lost a pet you know what it is like to have your child gone forever and the overwhelming sadness that comes with that. she just walked away without saying anything. she didn't offer me further information on where i should go so i was out of her way or apologize for her rudeness. i just hope she considers what someone could be going through from this point forward before starting a conversation with rudeness. she could have simply pointed me on the right path so i could go get my baby and go home to mourn with my husband and small children. she made an already difficult day 100X worse in that moment.

Very rude and hateful woman. A menace to anyone needing services done next door at the spay and neuter clinic. What a great way to represent herself by yelling and cursing at people. DO NOT GO HERE

I’ve been doing my taxes with concord travel for over 5 years. The staff is very attentive and are great following up and asaisting with any concerns. I also book my traveling with them and they are amazing at getting the best prices and tours. They are very accommodating and go above and beyond for their customers. I am usually assisted by Layla and the owner Gregory which also helps if needed. Gregory is very attentive and excels in providing services, she is very knowledgeable as well. I would recomend concord travel to everyone !

It is funny to see a bad review in this company. All I’ve had is good experiences, great treatment and amazing customer service.
My taxes are done perfectly fine and any other document I need (Citizenship) etc.
These ladies do everything and anything to go above and beyond the customer satisfaction.
DO NOT HESITATE to book your flights, file your taxes here. I will go back any time I need their services!
The fact that people don’t keep control of their finances or try to play the government and their regulations or even try to pay less for an excellent service does not mean it is their fault. IGNORE THE BAD REVIEW BELOW! 5 starts only!!!!!
