Liz was absolutely incredible. From our first call, she took the time and care to understand my vision and executed it flawlessly on the big day. She contributed so many creative ideas and managed so many details that just made our wedding an impeccable masterpiece exhibiting all the love surrounding the day.

My husband and I come from very different backgrounds and it wasn't easy to blend two different cultures and family dynamics. Liz understood this and even hopped on calls with my family to make everyone feel heard and included. She planned the day to honor my family's traditions while respecting the desires of my husband's family. She always prioritized my husband and I but made space for our family to feel loved and included in the process.

Liz took the time to understand our families and their desire for the big day while prioritizing me as a bride and a client. Her passion and dedication were evident in every detail small and large. I felt that she understood me and took the time to make our whole family feel part of the big day. I could t just focus on my husband and enjoy time together while she took care of the rest. She truly is a master of her trade.

I am so so grateful we worked with Liz to plan and coordinate my wedding. She is so kind and understanding and really listened and understood the vision I had for my wedding day. We had to change our plan for the reception about 2 months out from the wedding day and Liz made it happen so seamlessly and relieved my pre-wedding anxiety immensely. We hired Liz for day-of coordination for our wedding at Hacienda del Sol and we could not have chosen more wisely. Not only did she meet with me multiple times in the months leading up to the wedding to nail down all of the details and answer my questions, but on the day of the wedding she went above and beyond in so many ways. There was an issue with the cloth napkins we rented from another company, and Liz managed to track down the same color napkins in Tucson and went and purchased them so that everything matched at the reception. She calmed me down when I was stressed about the little details and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout the day. I would highly recommend Liz for your event - she is experienced, hilarious, patient, and a joy to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about Liz. Liz was an integral part of our wedding and I am so happy that we had her. I actually hired Liz as my day of coordinator (Wedding Day Management) only 4 months prior after some staffing changes occurred at my venue. If I have any regrets from my wedding—it’s not having hired her sooner! Liz provided me with peace of mind and truly went above and beyond in her role. She assisted me with event design, floor plan, timeline, running our reception, set up/tear down of our decor, and working with all of the vendors day of to ensure everything moved smoothly. Liz has such a warm and kind presence that she worked seamlessly with our vendor team, our bridal party, and all family and friends. She had such an attention to detail and made the day beautiful. Liz is a problem solver and handled everything during the planning process and day of. The moral of the story is, that I was able to truly enjoy my entire wedding day and it was PERFECT!!!

Liz was so great through this whole planning process. We were an April 2020 COVID wedding so had to postpone our big planned event just 3 weeks before it was supposed to happen!! A year later she stuck it through with us and we couldn't be more thankful for her expertise and understanding, and of course all the leg work that comes with having to redo/reschedule everything!

From confirming all the vendors to meeting with us to go over setup and fine details with our venue, Liz is definitely someone I needed at my side. We were lucky enough for the rescheduling process to be as easy as it was but mostly it was because of her. She always made sure I was happy if we had to make changes and always makes it known that she will take care of it (AND SHE DOES).

Our day was so much less stressful because of her, and my husband and I were able to just enjoy what we planned, ourselves and the company of the guests we had attend. She was amazing and I don't think we would have made it through all of this without her!!

How do I even start this testimonial about the necessity for Liz? If it were not for her, my wedding probably would not have happened, mainly due to the 2019 COVID Pandemic. May 02, 2020, while Danny and I got married, it was not our 200 person wedding. It was a small, immediate family, eleven person wedding. We postponed to October 17, 2020 and due to this and other COVID factors: I lost my caterer one month before the new date; my wedding venue was extremely difficult to work with; I had too many people on my guest list (COVID restrictions); my photographer was unavailable; my makeup artist had a conflict and much more. Had it not been for Liz, I would not have had my fairytale wedding ceremony, with a twist. Liz is an ESSENTIAL need for every Bride. I do not care if you are a professional event planner, have put on numerous events for non-profits (like me) or are just the extreme planner (also like me). You NEED Liz, I cannot emphasize this enough. I thought I could do it all, I had it all planned out, and 2 months before my new wedding date, Liz came into my life. I had the opportunity to use Liz's services 6+ months before my, original, wedding and at the time, declined, because I thought I could do it all. One of the biggest regrets of my wedding was not utilizing Liz and her services sooner. Whether it be, invitations, floor planning, communication to your many, I mean many, vendors, rehearsal or day of wedding, Liz was there and knew what to do. She had templates, contacts, décor, amazing ideas and overall professional experience. I have had so many compliments on my wedding ceremony, with a twist, and I owe a lot of it to Liz. The day of, she handled all communications with the vendors, paid them, handled popup issues with guests i.e. seating arrangements, gathering the flower girls and ring bearers and keeping watch on our Groomsmen. I did not plan or execute on my wedding day. I enjoyed it, socialized and just soaked in my fairytale dream come true. Don't do I what did, overlook a wedding planner, and do not choose anyone else but Liz Barbato with Confetti Event Planning

I had the privilege of planning a very special party with Confetti Event Planning. From the very first meeting I had with Elizabeth Barbato, I was clear that I had made a wonderful connection, and, ultimately, a new friend. Liz was as attentive, kind, fair, thorough, industrious, and creative as I could have hoped for. My party seemed like an impossible dream when we began planning several months prior. Now that the party has passed, my lovely friends and I are still amazed that it was as picture-perfect as it was. Elizabeth not only saw my vision of a once-in-a-lifetime engagement, but she added brilliant new facets and ideas to make it truly epic! Every detail was magical. The food, the music, the decor, the flowers, the helpers...what a night it was. I will be forever grateful to Liz for helping me make this all happen. I am a type A person and relinquishing control of my wedding day was a bit nerve wracking for me. Over the course of several months, I met with Liz to discuss my wedding details. I had a vision in my head that I wanted an outdoor/backyard wedding, seated at farm wood tables, candle light and greenery. I ended up getting several buckets of Trader joes flowers and garland from Costco - somehow Liz and her assistant put these together and created a magical table set. My wedding day was everything I envisioned and more. Liz boxed everything up at the end of the night and all my rentals were ready for pick up the next day. Wedding planning is so so so stressful, I could not have had such a day without her help. Liz is so sweet and kind. Our families loved working with her during rehearsal dinner. She instilled confidence in my 9-year old nephew as the ring bearer. She ran out to get more alcohol when we ran out of rum. She lent us table runners and numbers. Liz went above and beyond for our wedding. She does this because she is good at it and she happens to truly love it too! The best wedding planners honestly make your day come together, and you just get to get ready to be a bride and get married. It's funny how Liz just made the wedding night happen, she floated around and I barely even noticed she was there. She just discretely organized things and I didn't have to worry about a thing. How fortunate I was to be able to work with her! I highly recommend her as a wedding planner.
