The Conklin building of Hartford Hospital is a pleasure. The patients have their own rooms, bathroom and decent sized LCD TV.
They are like little hotel rooms...
A bit quieter than the Main building.
Most of the staff are pleasant and tend to the patients faster being that there are less rooms.

Fell in 2015 in my apartment and broke my hip. Against my wishes, I was brought here by EMTs. It was hell from the beginning. The nurses were off their rockers and made fun of me. They kept me in bed with my ankles shackled. The food was lousy and no one bathed me. My long hair had to be cut off, as it was matted. An unbelievable nightmare I may never get over. Do not let anyone you care about be admitted here.

Receptionist is completely out to lunch. Went to visit somebody and told me “no more than 2 visitors”. Okay fair enough. But when I informed him that there’s already 4 people up there he immediately got an attitude and started making threats. If the receptionist can’t even do their job, don’t expect anyone to either.
