EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Dan took the time to find out what was most important to us and helped secure everything including flights and hotels before/after the cruise. He was also super responsive to any questions and concerns we had. Our Alaskan cruise was everything we were hoping for and more! We’ll definitely use him again!

We had to book a last minute trip ( less than one week ) to playa del Carmen due to delay on my son”s passport!!
Dan is the man !! He got everything set up in a matter of days !! He helped us set up the all inclusive resort and direct flights and round trip shuttle to the airport !!! The communication is great !! He Sent me all the itinerary in detail with highlights !! Called frequently to make sure everything goes well !!!
Literally was stress free !!!! The trip turned out perfect !!!! We want to say thank you Dan !!!

Dan Bautista arranged a phenomenal 5-day Pickleball Cruise April 29th through May 3rd to Catalina and Ensenada, Mexico on the majestic Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas for 36 of us. We were able to have open play on the 3 Pickleball courts. A Pickleball clinic was held at the Catalina Country Club, with instructions by Joy B. Joy, Sonia Ode Lucci and Lisa. Everyone had a wonderful time. Dan and Rosie did such a a great job, that a reunion cruise is in the works for next year. I am giving Dan's Pickleball Cruise, 5 stars.

I thank Dan and his wife Rosie for making the cruise an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Keep up the good work!

The Bautista know how to throw a great cruise party. The cruise on 4/29-5-3 was everything it was cracked up to be. Dan paid attention to every detail, from securing courts in the sea and on land. They made sure to be familiar with all of the pickleball cruisers. I can’t wait to go with Dan anywhere.

Dan took about 40 of us on a great pickleball cruise to Catalina and Ensenada. Lots of pickleball opportunities but wonderful way to connect with old and new friends. Dan did a great job of organizing us and setting expectations for the trip! Great trip—one to be repeated!
