Staff need to know what the venue rules are when they go to a new place. I was stopped from going in bc the "security" said my bag was too big, yet my sister's who's bag was much larger could bring hers in. The "supervisor" even called the State Police over twice bc she said I was threatening her. If you call pulling up a picture of the bag rules for that venue is threatening, she needs a new job. One not working with the public.
