The facility was excellent. Well stocked, cozy, clean, easy to use, and well equipped with the essential tech components to walk in and have productive meetings with ease. We recently held an all day annual managers meeting and the team was able to stay comfortable & engaged all day. We will definitely plan future meetings with here.

Fantastic place to have a meeting. Held a team meeting with sales associates. The facility was a great object lesson in professional customer first approach. Clean and private with easy access convenient with hospitality to spare. There was much thought and effort put in to providing everything you could want. I’ll be back I’m sure. Why would I ever have a meeting in a hotel again?

The place is very welcoming and it was perfect for a group of 15 people. It doesn’t miss anything. All the details are well-thought out, from the drinks to the warming blankets (for those who get cold during meetings). 🙂

This past week I reserved the Conway Conference Center for a brainstorming session with our C-Level group. From the moment I reserved the space online until we left, I received nothing but 5-star service. Drew and his team at CCC were so professional, accommodating, and had over the top hospitality. Not one thing was left out!

Days before our rental date we were checked on, given all the info needed, and even sent videos on how to work the latte machine. When we arrived, I was blown away at the attention to detail in the actual Conway Conference Center. They had thought of everything! All the electronic amenities were available and easy to use, the bathrooms were equipped with all the personal items you could think of. When we entered into our conference center room, I noticed that the chairs were comfortable, there was fidget tools, gum, dry erase markers, even blankets if your guest needed warmth.

As we ventured on to the kitchen before our meeting we were met with a state-of-the-art coffee and latte machine, flavored water machine, and any and every drink / snack you could think of. They also made sure to have utensils and plates for our lunch that was brought in.

If you or your team is looking for a place to hold meetings, gather together, or just get off site and enjoy recharging look no further. The Conway Conference Center is for you! Conway has needed a space like this, and I am so glad that Drew and his team have met that need.
