This is a great place to host a event if you're looking to host a birthday party. A dance or just a work party? It's a great venue where has plenty of room. Or you could set up tables for people to sit at and eat and talk with each other. And then there's plenty of space. Small space in the front area, depending on how many tables you set up for dancing and there's a stage that you can do performances on. Or host a meeting from or stuff like that. There's also a small bar in the back part of the building and there's 2 restrooms. As you come in the door hidden her restrooms as you come in the door.
But it is a great venue for parties or work events. So I definitely recommend it. My dad's work uses it every year for a Christmas fundraiser.So that's why I definitely recommend it as a place to do events

I attended an event here. It has a nice stage and dance floor. The room is large and spacious. The bathroom did not have paper towel and some of the other people at the event ended up using toilet paper to dry their hands. Overall, it was a nice venue for a larger event.

This is a really nice venue. It be made casual or elegant. City is great to work with. Parking can be a challenge, but we had 100+ people and it worked.

I happen to see this building across the street from Larry's Antiques so I walked over there. Its all closed up but the marker on the building shows built in 1939 and you can see the the 4 WPA Markers in the steps. The WPA stands for Work Progress Administration which was part of the American New Deal agency. I would love to see this building opened and used as a museum since most people don't know about the WPA program.

The Cottonwood Community Clubhouse was an incredible project in the late 1930's. The ubhouse was recently restored inside with CDBG Block Grant funding. Much of the funding went into new mechanical HVAC equipment and fire sprinkler systems throughout. Amazing historical building renovation project. It will be open for use involving wedding venues, wine events, Old Town programs, special civic meetings and recreation programs and theatrical performances from the Missoula Children's Theater.
