I was really skeptical when booking the rooms because of the bad reviews, however, I was very pleased to find out that the rumors and bad reviews were absolutely NOT TRUE!!! Very clean, friendly front desk and cleaning staff. Only complaint was that one out of the 5 rooms that I rented didn’t have any hangers, and I mentioned it to housekeeping, and within minutes she went out of her way to go get some and even installed them on the rack but even took the time to hang up the clothes that needed hung up. Definitely well worth the money if you need a place to stay. Breakfast was a continental breakfast., I would like to have had fruit or yogurt, but other than that everything has been great. I plan on being here for three days. Thank you so much. We appreciate you.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very clean! Very neat & tidy.
I will say my children went to get breakfast & the orange juice was beyond soured... tasted absolutely ROTTEN! But aside from that, the night time worker was so kind. She even gave my daughter female provisions when she unexpectedly needed them and refused cash. Very generous ?
Besides these OJ ? our experience was great & I would definitely recommend.

Big enough rooms. Old outdated falling apart appliances. The remote doesn't work on the TV just the direct tv box so you get your evening exercise ? up and down with the volume. No coffee pot or hair dryer in rooms. Coffee, OJ and cereal or pastries available at 7 am. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and a beautiful location.

This place was a horrible stay, we didn’t even stay the whole night. We left at 9:00 because we saw bed bugs in our bed and on our tv stand. The front desk lady was on something and the service with her was horrible. We were not going to trust her breakfast because of these reasons. I now have to wash my stuff because it was on the bed with bugs or even throw them away. They will only make an excuse that they just had an exterminator there to say they were all gone but in reality they did not. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Even though I made my reservation direct with the motel, they lost it. I was offered compensation for their mistake and agreed on a total price for our stay. Once I was charged for our stay we were over charged. Not only did we not get the discount, we were charged more than our original reservation price. I have made numerous attempts to get this corrected, but cannot get them to correct the issue. Additionally, our sheets were dirty-not stained, but dirty- on one bed when we checked in and housekeeping did not change them on our second day, and floors were not vacuumed or mopped by housekeeping, but they did make the bed with the same dirty sheets. Would not EVER stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

Old nasty carpet, would not walk on it without shoes. The Nats in the room were atrocious and saw a few roaches. It is the only motel in Salem Arkansas.

Rooms are very clean. Service is always available when needed. Location is perfect. We drive 4 1/2 hours from home and it perfect.
