Love the new upgrades and staff. Had a quiet and relaxing time before my trip. Will definitely stay again. New breakfast layout, new TVs and lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, free airport shuttle is a plus as well. Will be back with family next time.

Disrupted Sleep and Poor Management

I recently stayed at this hotel with hopes of getting a good night's rest before an early morning flight. I arrived exhausted and was looking forward to sleeping early. I settled in around 9 PM, intending to wake up refreshed for the 5:15 AM shuttle.

Unfortunately, my plans were completely derailed. I was abruptly awakened by loud banging on doors, which I initially thought might be an accident. However, the noise continued every few minutes, making it impossible to sleep.

I reached out to the front desk twice, and while the lady was polite and assured me that she would address the issue, the loud banging persisted throughout the night. Despite their assurances of coming to check on the situation, the disruption continued, and I ended up getting out of bed at 11:30 PM, frustrated and sleep-deprived.

The lack of consideration for guests trying to rest is unacceptable. It’s hard to believe that management would allow such disturbance to continue, especially when guests have early travel commitments.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, as it’s clear that guest comfort is not a priority here. Save your money and seek accommodation elsewhere, where management actually cares about providing a restful experience.

Rooms need repair, and the walls scuffed up water damage to the ceilings. The carpet was filthy and old. Every since the foreigners took over the hotel has gone down 100%, they do not spend money back into the business. For the price, it's not worth it. The rooms smell like stell piss. They're only doing less as possible just to keep it open. Service was great she changed my rooms and dam it wasn't any better. It's not worth the money.
HOW ABOUT YOU PUT MONEY NACK INTO THE PROPERTY OR LOWER YOUR PRICES.

Rooms were disgusting, the smell of smoke was unbearable. Strong marijuana smell. White residue behind night stands. Clearly not cleans at all!! Door looked as though someone had kicked it in. Loud noises all night long, like there was a party going on or a drug party, we were scared!! No remote for the tv, so therefore the tv didn’t work. Breakfast was not good! Service was not good, but friendly. No smoke detector in our room, was ripped out of the ceiling. We will NEVER stay here again!!!

This hotel is a joke my granddaughter was having her 13 year old bday party today been reserved for awhile !! Like she has for the past 13 years as my daughter approached to check in today changes that have been made about her birthday party and her friends not being able to swim was not informed until the day of the party which was today !!! The attend was very rude and laughed at my daughter as she was talking about the situation my granddaughter on top of it all !!! has speacial needs the attend was very rude also very disrespectful!!! As my daughter asked about other rooms she may rent for the kids to be able to stay over and swim the attendent laughed again really hard and didn't bother to look but laughed again in my daughters face saying NO !!! ,,, Our family which is big has been going to this same hotel for over 13 years with many birthday events and other ones ...So we cancelled went to another place with our prepared food for the party among other things We had to call several guest to reroute them couldn't get ahold of all When some came to Country Inn and asked where the party was the smart ass attendant laughed at the guest that arrived and said She has no idea What a terrible person and very rude on top to have behind your desk to represent your hotel ....Another lady at the desk came forward was polite and informed the guest who we couldn't get ahold of and let them know that Fairway was able to accommodate my 13 year old birthday party to look there ,, this place will never get our service again .....

Arrived at this hotel 8:30 PM on a Tuesday. The lights behind the desk were out. There was no one present. And there was a sign to call a number if I needed help. I called it multiple times it kept going to voicemail. Still, no one arrived at the desk. If my room wasn’t prepaid, I would’ve left. ||Finally, after 20 minutes, someone showed up to the desk as if it wasn’t an issue. ||The bed cover was disgusting. The next morning I requested a manager call me. And since I’ve requested a call five times. Clearly management doesn’t care. ||There are no smoking signs everywhere, meanwhile, a guy stood flirting/talking to the desk staff while vaping. The third floor had a strong odor of marijuana throughout our stay. ||Breakfast was pretty good, and the ladies working breakfast were very nice.

Awful stay. Reeked of marijuana threw the whole hotel. Service was awful. Hotel was by far in the worst shape EVER. Shuttle service doesn't start until 3:45am. Doesn't work for a flight at 5am. We have been staying there for years and by far this is the worst it has ever been. Hotel itself is in horrible shape, not to mention the help, and the strong marijuana smell. Do not recommend. I would suggest someone figure out what's going on at that hotel or you will not get any people wanting to stay there.

I don’t normally post negative reviews but this was ridiculous. My best friend and I were going on our 1st vacation together and had a very early flight. We checked in at 3pm to grab some food and catch some sleep. They assigned us room 206. At 8pm, a man had a key and walked in our room! He quickly realized it was wrong and left, but then we tried to deadbolt the door and it didn’t work! The security latch worked, but then it happened 3 more times! At 10pm a woman who works there was pounding on our door threatening to call the police, wanting to know how we got in our room. We said with our keys when we paid for the room! She said that doesn’t prove anything… Huh? My friend who is normally the calm one was ready to pack up and leave after that woman kept threatening us…
Apparently whoever checked us in had somehow assigned us to room 203 but gave us keys for 206. She took our ID’s and came back with new keys to the room we are already in…. We weren’t offered a refund, or an apology. We didn’t get any sleep as there were constant slamming doors and paper thin walls. On top of having a parade of people trying to come in with keys that worked, this was the worst experience ever!
