Stayed 4/3-4/5. The staff was beyond amazing and they were accommodating. The one staff member working in the dining area 4/4 was so kind and patient with our 1 year old during breakfast. The lady who checked us in and took us to our room was very nice and helpful. All around the staff was the best we've had. The room was clean when we checked in. The best part was NO BEDBUGS!!! The pool was freezing but my son didn't care and very limited breakfast selection the first day but other than that definitely recommended this hotel and will stay here again.

We spent the New Year night there. The hotel is new, looks very fresh. They had super cozy atmosphere next to the fireplace.
We came at around 10pm, we were given the room that wasn't cleaned, unfortunately. We had to go back and change the room. The room was big, there are actually two rooms, one with sofa, fridge, table and another one with the bed and TV. We liked it there.
The breakfast was good, omelette, sausages, and some fruits, common American breakfast.
We'd recommend booking this hotel.

Great hotel, loved it. DIDNT like the lady serving breakfast. She wouldn’t leave me or my family alone and was EXTREAMLY rude and passive aggressive all at once. My mother used a for instead of a tong and she FLIPPED. Yelling at her. Same about not wearing shoes. She even yelled at her over using a coffee cup for juice… are you serious? Go find something to do. 😂

Well I came in town on a budget and had the worst experience across the street. The understanding agent at the desk made my transition flawless. She boasted they were better and they have been. Kudos to the whole staff

Traveled to Maumee to see family and specifically chose this hotel due to it having a suite with a separate room; however we will not be back to this location.

Upon arriving, we weren’t even greeted with so much as a “hello”. We waited our turn to check in, and it was an immediate “name?”, that’s it. Less than friendly, and not a great start.

We checked in, room was fine. We requested extra sheets, blanket and pillows for the pull out couch, and was told “when I have time I’ll bring it up”. They never came. We were so tired from our trip at that point, we just disassembled the king bed and split the sheets and pillows. Day 2, we made the same request, and still no luck. We even went to the lobby and they said they would bring them when they had a chance. So, for the duration of the trip, we each had 1 sheet per bed and 2 pillows per bed.

Missy, I believe her name is, was exceptionally rude, not just to us but to everyone we saw her come in contact with. I personally witnessed her nearly yelling at a potential guest that was trying to get a room. For their own sake, they went somewhere else and I don’t blame them. She nearly ran into my husband in the hallway and when he smiled and said “oh gosh I’m so sorry” she gave a side eye and said “just go”. He was so stunned by the response he didn’t even know how to respond to that.

Missy was also lounging outside with what seemed to be a guest (person had no name tag or uniform) and when we passed by her she literally yelled “need me?!” to us. We didn’t even realize she was yelling at us until after the fact because surely an employee wouldn’t be yelling at a guest. Not to mention, they reeked of marijuana where they were smoking, we could smell it at our car.

The “free breakfast” consisted of an empty cereal container, overly salty/inedible eggs, hard sausage links and DIY waffles.

All in all, the room was as expected but we will not be returning based off of the level of professionalism (or lack thereof) and the service.

We checked into this hotel on the last day of 2024. Having stayed at this brand before and been very satisfied, we chose it again. Fortunately, there was a discount this time, making it very cost-effective. The hotel environment is excellent. My favorite feature is the coffee station at the front desk, which provides hot water! The towels in the room are also very new and thick! The breakfast is exceptional—abundant, high-quality, and very satisfying. Starting the first day of the new year with such a meal was a delightful experience. The staff were diligent, consistently ensuring the food was replenished and the seating area remained clean and tidy.Happy New Year！

The room was dirty and poorly maintained. I felt gross staying here.

Included pictures will show floors weren't cleaned, hair stuck to the wall, painters tape left on the bathroom hinges, and a cotton swab left in the AC unit. There were stains in the carpet and furniture, and there was some pretty severe water damage in the shower, as well.

I've stayed at Country Inn & Suites before. The front desk staff appeared high. It was raining when I checked in and the ceiling was leaking . I was on the 3rd floor. Also there was a hair in the shower. Not mine .
