This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room, bathroom, pool area and proximity to shops and restaurants and especially the relatively low price makes it a good choice. Our room overlooking the pool area was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated being able to open the glass door for fresh air. Overall I would recommend it. there are a few things they could do better. For one, we had a king bed room for 2 people. The bed had 3 pillows, 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel, no washcloths, 1 mini soap and 3 cardboard coffee cups (no water cups). I didn’t understand why 3? Housekeeping was only every other day so if you want more cups, soap, towels, coffee pods, etc., you had to request them. Also, there is no complementary coffee/tea station like almost all other hotels we have stayed at. In the morning there is a long line at the lobby cafe to buy coffee. We had a mini frig in the room but no microwave. We requested a microwave and they brought one to our room right away. that was much appreciated.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. I will not stay here again. For starters the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the hot water in the shower did not get hot enough, there was a slow leak around the faucet of the bathroom sink, and to top it off I killed one big roach my second night and two on the third (some ppl call these water bugs 😏). The third night was the last night of my stay. I would have changed hotels but the location was very convenient to where I was working. Courtyard is typically my hotel of choice because I travel for work. This Courtyard was a huge disappointment to me.

It's minimal service and even the coffee in the morning was priced (not free). Location is great.
There was an issue with the internet /payment system being down, and having to be called to pay later... The problem is we were charged doubled.
I'd love to be reimbursed for this... We're currently working on that.

The staff at this location is so friendly and accommodating. Rae and the rest of the front desk staff very nice and helpful.
My husband and I stayed at this location before for business, however the rooms, even the renovated ones need to be renovated again.
We had to change rooms because we wanted a king bed and also the fridge in room 138 kept falling when you opened the door. They changed us the next day to 125 which it was better, however the toilet had poop on the rim, the cover on the toilet didn’t fit and the seat was falling apart. They cleaned it after I called and apologized but someone needs to take care of these things. What saves this hotel is your friendly staff and location.

This feels like a cheap, low-end hotel simply dressed up with flash on the outside. The rooms are poorly maintained and house keeping does a poor job. Examples: light fixtures are falling out of the ceiling, and hanging 3 or 4 inches out of the drywall exposing the socket and wiring, and show evidence of being pushed back in repeatedly rather than repaired. When I arrived there were a bunch of long hairs, probably 6 to 8 inches long stuck to the shampoo and conditioner bottles. These hairs were never wiped off by housekeeping for the entire 5 nights I stayed there. I left them just to be curious if they would clean the bathroom. The sheets had long black hairs also, perhaps 6 inches long as well. My room smelled like smoke the whole time. Room 310 doesn't have a lock for the sliding door out to the small balcony. The signs pointing you to the lock in the center points you to where the lock has fallen off and never been replaced. Several of the entry door locks in the hallway are missing parts and internal parts exposed, and were like this all week. So they clearly weren't in the middle of repairing it, they just stopped working on it midway through without finishing it. Lastly, I have contracted rate with one of the largest companies in the world which always includes breakfast with my stays, as it has for the past nearly 10 years that I have traveled this way. This place wouldn't honor that either. In short, I would recommend paying an extra $10 per night if you need to and stay at a place that will be significantly better than this one. This is not much better than an America's Best Value Inn with some paint and signs to make it appear nicer.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Rae, Yaritza and Samantha at the front desk were always helpful and kind. Pool is lovely. Rooms are spacious. Loved the little balcony though I wish there had been a screen door on the slider. Good location with plenty of restaurants walking distance.

Great hotel, with newly updated rooms, a wonderful courtyard with a clean pool and spa, bistro serves great breakfast items as well as drinks and afternoon food options as well. Lobby is warm and welcoming with a business are and staff have been wonderful and polite as well. Spent 7 days here and absolutely enjoyed it. Great place for a overnight, vacation, or family stay.

Stayed here for the first time down visiting my dad. Will be staying here every time I come down. Sparkling, clean hotel. Like a Tardis, it's bigger on the inside than it looks. Room was very comfortable for my 5-night stay. Service was excellent. Any concerns, from a requested microwave to extra towels, were quickly addressed with a smile. The inner courtyard and pool were lovely and tranquil! A much-needed respite from the seriousness of my visit. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
