Several of us stayed here for a weekend for a family visit. Checking in was decent and friendly. The properly is undergoing renovation and the lobby and bistro look like they’ve already been renovated and they’re very nicely decorated. The room we had on the 5th floor was definitely renovated, as it was the newer style Courtyard room and it was decent. The shower area in the room was way too tight though, they put the bottles on the side wall right where you stand under the shower stream, so there’s no room to wash hair and move arms in the shower – These bottles need to be moved to the back wall, like at other properties. ||||The Bistro was nice… Akeem the bartender and also the guy who takes care of breakfast is accommodating and friendly. We stopped at the bar a few times as a large group while staying there and he did a great job taking care of us.||||The staff we encountered were helpful. We were there 2 nights and used all three towels the first morning and expected them to refresh the room when we got back that day, only to see they didn’t. I guess this is one of those properties that’s being cheap and not refreshing every room everyday, like they should be… So, we asked for more towels at the desk and though it took a few minutes, we got them.||||Overall, it’s a nice property that is centrally located to what we needed and very close to the airport too. Definitely would recommend.

This hotel is in a great location a lot of restaurants nearby. However, they do not even offer a free continental breakfast. In fact, you have to pay for coffee, which is supposedly Starbucks. I’ve never stayed at a hotel before without free coffee. The bed was nice and comfortable, but the hand towels were thin like from Motel 6. It would be appreciated if they had installed full length mirrors so you could check yourself out before you leave for an event. For the price and no free breakfast, I don’t think I’ll stay here anymore.

Outstanding Service and Incredible Comfort!

My stay at Courtyard Cleveland Airport South was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their friendliness and attention to detail made me feel truly welcomed.

The newly renovated rooms were equally outstanding—modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything from the design to the amenities contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

If you’re looking for a hotel with outstanding service and beautifully updated rooms, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning!

The rooms were very clean with really nice interiors and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is undergoing construction so the lobby and few other areas are being updated. It really didn't bother me much and I didn't hear much noise throughout the day. The only downsides of the hotel are that there's no airport shuttle and the cafe in the lobby is only open until 11am. Only giving it 4/5 stars due to the lack of an airport shuttle.

I stay at dozens of hotels a year, often the cookie-cutter variety. This property seems to be particularly poorly managed and is best avoided. ||The room wasn't fully cleaned. There was rubbish in the garbage can and poo in the toilet. There was a "do not disturb" sign on the door and the door to the adjoining room was open on our side. One of the light switches was missing its plate - like they just never bothered to put it on. ||The front desk said they'd drop some points into my SPG account but after a week that hasn't happened - seems to be a really poorly run property. ||There's no breakfast. These roadside motels often have terrible breakfasts but it's better than nothing. ||And the pool is closed for repairs. ||Definitely not a place to return to.

Renovations were very disruptive. Had rooms all down the hall not complete. One elevator was down. My drain had to be replaced and had a terrible smell coming from it. I asked to change rooms and was told I couldn't. Then asked for the drain and a bathroom door that fell off to be fixed and it was not until I called again that evening. I asked for the manager to be informed and no response. Very disappointing. This hotel does not represent Marriott standards.

Undergoing renovation so very limited services in terms of breakfast; lobby was a bit of a mess. Rooms were very nicely remodeled but maybe some cleanup or checks should have been completed before immediately booking rooms. I would not recommend the stay until the work is done; it was, however, a comfortable bed and quiet stay—there are signs up for renovation noise at 8am
