This was by far the worst Marriott hotel I have stayed in thus far. The hotel was undergoing renovations which I was unaware of until I received an email conveniently after I could cancel the hotel reservation. During the stay, several things were broken in the new (and cheaply) renovated room and then our room had to be switched on our last night with little thanks from management. In our new room, the toilet was broken and we had to call maintenance twice to come and fix it. The staff was unconcerned about the inconvenience they were causing. Will never stay at this Marriott again.

We stayed here for a church event back in August 2024 and figured that it was being renovated or something, hence the crappy room (#203). Welp, nope, we tried it again this weekend and oddly got the same crappy room. The floor smelled like weed to start, pillows were horrible, beds are hard and the shower was very dirty. Worst part is, the tub slants inward creating a feeling like you may slip with one false movement. The bathrooms are super small and the rug smelled like it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned recently. We have this place a second shot, there will NOT be a third. Never again.

Room was clean. My husband went to get coffee and they were serving breakfast. This was about 6:15. He came up to get me and we went down to eat as we needed to leave at 7. When we got back down (6:30) they had closed the window and said it didn't open till 7. So we had no breakfast.

The hotel is in a nice, central location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby but the rooms are very dated. The lobby has been updated and the rooms are scheduled to be renovated but no one knows when. Don't be fooled by the pics on the website. Also, there is no continental breakfast and you have pay for overpriced Starbucks items at the lobby bar/bistro. The lobby staff is very friendly though. Hopefully, the renovations will make the price worth staying here.

Great location and excellent service at the front desk. The rooms are a little outdated but I know they're in process of renovation. The front entrance is torn up. The bathroom has some rust around the shower drain and water issues in ceiling, but again in the process of renovation. The lobby area is great and has all amenities needed.

I had to go to Cleveland for a procedure and check out is at noon. At 8:40 housekeeping was knocking on my door asking us if we’re checking out today. We weren’t dressed yet so we didn’t answer and then he knocked again. We were here for one night. I think that’s registered. We always leave our card when we leave. I don’t like feeling rushed when I have to have surgery. The last time we stayed at Homewood suites when I had a Cleveland clinic appointment and it was actually nicer than this. We had a full kitchen. The room was clean enough, but the Windows were horrible. The toilet was very low to the floor and since I had surgery three weeks ago it hurt a lot to get off of it. I figured the courtyard being from Marriott would be top notch. The bathrooms need upgraded. The television is very small for a Marriott. The bed was comfortable but the rooms need a makeover. I will not be back.

Loved this hotel and the staff. Their employees are friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable because it's near everything.

My only issue is the breakfast hours. It ends at 9:30 am. Doesn't make sense. It should end at 10 am weekdays and 10:30 weekends.

Serviceable stay for three nights for business. Rooms are dark and showing age, but mine was clean and comfortable enough. Though the HVAC in the room was very loud at all times, and there was lots of maintenance happening all around the property. Staff was pleasant enough, if a little distracted. I would stay here again in a pinch but would not be my first choice.
