Great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly and the ladies/gents at the coffee shop/bar are always smiling and talkative and do a great job preparing tasty food. Clean rooms and common areas which makes the stay even better. Looking forward to our next visit.

Very nice hotel and staff. Located in a nice area. Clean. Room thoughtfully designed with very large desk (white top so you can see your stuff !), pull out luggage rack that holds two suitcases, sliding door between sink area and sleeping area. Could use better lighting, especially around mirror for makeup. They give you a bottle of water at check in and there is a water dispenser in the lobby which is so helpful. Hotel is very close (walking distance) to good restaurants, shops. There is a restaurant on the premises but better options exist just a block or two away. Would stay here again if in the area.

Very easy access and perfect location. A lot of places to see and shop around near hotel.The hotel was very nice, very clean, employees from maintenance to housekeeping were pleasant and there if you needed help. Manager Theresa was helpful, friendly and very pleasant.. Conference room was nice, roomy and very clean. There was always someone there to assist you. Great place. I’m definitely going back. Thank you Courtyard Santa Rosa.

I’ve stayed at numerous courtyards, and I have to say the Santa Rosa Marriott Courtyard is one of the cleanest & safest hotels in Santa Rosa. Great location, restaurants within walking distance in Old Railroad Square.
We help a huge 80th birthday partythere in July. The hotel was very clean and neat. The staff was very warm & welcoming. Manager (Theresa) on-site was very pleasant to work with, and the maintenance supervisor(Dan) offered assistance when it was needed. Friendly environment. Thank you to the Hotel and staff for a wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Santa Rosa mainly because of the warm welcome from Tess Coffill. She let us check in early when we arrived because the room was ready so we could quickly drop off our bags and head to our first wine appointment. I asked for a corner room for a little more room for the wine suitcases and there was one available which made our entire experience fantastic. We stayed for 5 nights which was the perfect amount of time to have 1-2 tasting appointments each day with a nice lunch in between. We picked the Courtyard because you can walk to dinner each night which we did—Stark is a favorite and only a 10 min walk. We also loved walking to Aroma and Land and Sea coffee in the morning. The parking lot is great to have in and out access to drop things off, then walk to dinner. I enjoyed the front desk staff so much—we chatted in between coffee and they smiled and gave us bottles of water when we came back from wine country trips to hydrate. Housekeeping was fantastic and very timely also—great to have that back post-covid! I also loved that my rental car with Avis happened to also be with Tess so we were able to upgrade our rental resulting in literally the perfect experience all around. Thank you to the staff for making an amazing vacation even better!

Stayed here for a dental event. Staff were very kind and attentive. We met the sales director, Katieanne, who spoke with us about possible blocks for our event next year. Overall, great experience and walkable to downtown.
