Hotel is a fine stop. Comfortable. Clean. You can tell the building is older and they've done a lot of updates. Shower surround needs a little maintenance, but nothing bad, just also due for some updating.

Was met by a cheerful and helpful staff member. Room was immaculate and quiet. Extremely comfortable bed. Great food options. Perfect location for me as it's a halfway point on my way to Pittsburgh. Highly recommend.

Angel, at the front desk, did not answer repeated calls from the room phone nor cell phone to report that the toilet did not work. Calling the Bistro attendant met with excuses and lack of help in connecting to the front desk. So, I was forced to go downstairs at night, to find Angel playing with her phone. Based on my experiences with her, I knew she was not going to fix the toilet, so I ask for another room. As I was waiting for the elevator, I overheard the Bistro girl walk over to tell Angel that she had stonewalled me on the phone and covered for Angel. She gave Angel the play by play about how I said nobody was answering the front desk phone and how she wouldn’t transfer my call. Very immature and unprofessional. Other little issues with the room regarding routine maintenance and upkeep but it’s all part of the theme of this stay.

It's an older hotel but it is well maintained. You can't exactly ding them for their bathroom's because it's just what old hotels are like. We like it and have stayed several times.

I liked the hotel, the rooms are fairly new, but the lighting is not great. However , the hotel is being refurbished on the outside, you cannot use the front entrance . While this is only an inconvenience I would have liked to know beforehand. Since we were there on a weekend no work was being done, but I suspect it can be very noisy on weekdays. Good WiFi.Breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby, that is adequate but expensive as all Starbucks are.

Stayed here for one overnight on a family road trip. This location is old, outdated and the rooms don’t smell clean - must be old carpets or curtains b/c the beds and bathroom looked clean enough. So glad we could at least open the window for fresh air, room smelled musty and just gross when we entered. I would avoid this location in the future. Hotel is undergoing some renovations but really needs an overall major redo. Not up to usual Courtyard Marriott standards at all - feels like a budget hotel but not budget prices. Convenient location right off Ohio turnpike but there are other hotel options nearby - take them if you can!

Room 306 smelled like a dive bar (probably spilled beer), room 305 had heavy smell of cigarette smoke. No acknowledgement of Mariott status (don't need it), no water in the room (do need that). Gym had missing dumbells (25, then 1 30 lbs, then 50 lbs). Not well taken care of, stay away. Some of the staff were pleasant, which didn't really help when trying to sleep in a smelly room.
