I don’t even know where to begin! I had a vision, and Sandra made it happen. The hard work and dedication this company puts out for their clients really shows and will not disappoint you. Meeting with Sandra was my favorite thing to do throughout the whole wedding planning process. Shes extremely talented, but most importantly knowledgeable. Sandra kept us on track and made sure to help us out with whatever we needed. Her experience and connections put together are PRICELESS!
Our venue was decorated so beautifully that made me feel like I was living in a fairy tale. Every guest was amazed and wanted to take pictures of everything. I couldn’t have asked for anything better, I had the very best! I will definitely be booking “Covered with Elegance” for any future events I have. Sandra is suuuper easy to work with, attentive, resourceful, and extremely creative. I booked Covered with Elegance for my daughter's quinceanera and she was very professional and accommodating. Her prices are very reasonable for what I received. Sandra even accommodated last minute changes because due to Covid some things needed to be added and everything turned out wonderful and beautiful. Overpriced for the work that was going to have done at my wedding. I let her know I was pregnant in December and asked to postpone my date for a later time since my wedding was scheduled for March and she refused to do so due to her "not being able to sell another wedding by then", so she rather keep my $500 than gain those $5,000 at a later time. Then covid hit and my wedding wouldn't of happened regardless so I asked her if she can still hold my $500 deposit for a later time or refund since COVID hit and the wedding wouldn't of happened and she said no because I told her about postponing my date before COVID hit. Yet all my other vendors were very understanding and held our deposits for a later date which they found totally understandable as they're life events that happen unexpectedly!

If I could put zero I would. Very greedy because she didn’t want to hold our deposit for a later time since my wife came out pregnant and then COVID came she said she wouldnt hold our deposit for another date since we told her about it before COVID. All other vendors were very understanding, professional, and helping out their clients. They saved our money for a later date since it was a unexpected life event. Wouldn’t recommend this vendor and I most definitely wont be using her services again.
