Chris and Matt were so terrific and I have nothing but praise for CPM Event Services. I called them at the last minute for help with the sound, a/v, and music for a memorial service and even on our very tight schedule they came up with excellent solutions. They setup our space beautifully the day before the event, and on the day of the service Matt was a kind, calm, professional presence, making sure everything ran smoothly. Throughout the process Chris was quick to communicate, and he brought the kind of experience and real expertise we needed. 5-stars and highly recommended.

I personally wrote Chris Morgan the owner over two weeks ago. I believe in going to a small business owner before righting a review. However Mr. Morgan never got back to me. I also never received my digital copy from the Photo Booth which is in our contract. To top that my name is spelled wrong in all the copies my wedding guest kept.
I originally wrote about our experience with the DJ he provided. Chris was only there in the beginning and showed up to pickup the equipment with a Highnoon in his hand.
PLEASE trust my review, I am very laid back, I do not drink and am NOT exaggerating. WORST PART OF MY WEDDING!

Good Afternoon Chris,

I wanted to write you directly, I don’t believe in writing reviews on local businesses trying to grow. I wanted to let you know about last Saturday and how our experience was. People say the most import part of a wedding is the food and DJ. I am sorry to say the DJ was a nightmare.
I originally went down to the fun/cocktail hour and noticed our playlist was playing when Cardi B came on, and notified the gentleman telling him now we wanted tropical music. During dinner once again our playlist continued to play.
Before the mother and son song my mother in law went to tell him how the introductions needed to go, she waited awhile because he was on the phone going over a playlist for another customer. She finally had to interrupt him for a minute to explain.
During the start of dancing it was complete chaos, after playing our playlist on shuffle all day music came on that we didn’t even have. Disco was playing, then he was playing request not vetted right in the beginning (a heavy medal song). I told him to play the play list first and vet the request and rotate them out. The gentleman turned back on our playlist under shuffle which played some songs 3 times and some not at all. It was so bad I had to send multiple people up to explain, I just couldn't take it anymore. He was never on the mic to encourage the crowd and the consistency of the music was so awkward until most people left and we got it under control.
I am extremely disappointed with the services we received and your lack of presents to oversee the day. This was hands down the worst vendor we had and my biggest stress during our day.

I am sorry for the criticism but I would rather go directly to you instead of online, I respect your business and livelihood but I couldn’t go without saying anything about the train wreck Saturday really was.

If I had to describe Chris and his company in one word it would be: FUN! I was lucky enough to be a guest at an event where Chris and his company was hosting and had a blast. He really knows how to include a crowd and get everyone excited to be there. I’m not much of a dancer but with the energy Chris and his team put out I couldn’t help myself; I just hope no one caught it on video, haha! Thanks so much Chris!!!! Highly recommend/best prices/ A+

As a frequent visitor of St. Simons, I have had the opportunity to experience multiple service capabilities that CPM has to offer. From attending weddings to nights out with the guys, CPM has it covered. I throughly enjoyed the live music they provide.
