Friendly staff, has a store full of things, I changed my mind about my order 48 hrs in advance very helpful and understanding. My issues were the jumper was filthy and still had confetti from prior party, my balloons were not delivered with my jumper came back 30 - 45 mins later, my number was upside down should've been a 5 not 2. They called the night before said they would be arriving at 9am but came around 11:30am my delivery time was 12pm so I guess there was still a win but why call and say 9am?

Not serious. Doesn’t respond , seems unprofessional wouldn’t trust them to actually get the job needed done. Been trying to speak with owner about my wedding decor for months now, made to come down to speak to her and she was a no show. Very disappointed
