We hired this vendor for an event at work. We were very pleased and happy with their services. We booked the 360 video booth and Natasha included a fog machine at no extra cost. They were very professional and nice. People had a blast! Would hire them again.

I booked a party with Creative 360 over two months in advance, and pre-paid their $1,053.98 fee. They no-showed on the day of, and since then have NOT refunded my money, despite agreeing that they should do so and that the mistake was clearly on their end.

I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company, but this business is clearly unreliable and can't be trusted to come through when they are supposed to, either before or after an event.

In response to the reply before:
- Sadly, your team has NOT been in open communication with me. You have ghosted me and not replied to my last two emails (I've attached screenshots of them).

Since reviews are the only way I can seem to get a hold of you, please know that I have posted this same review on multiple other sites. I am open to modifying all of them once my money is refunded.

Natasha and her staff are very professional! I used her business for my daughters birthday party and ALL of my guests HAD A BLAST! She customized props for our occasion which was perfect! She is very attentive and very friendly! I highly recommend!! 10/10 and the booth is so beautiful and fun to get on. I’ve never seen a photo that big and it LIGHTS UP!
