Well, very simple. The OWNER IS A BILLIONARE. However, he promise one thing to his future or present TENANTS, and he just doesn't seem to care at all if things his TENANTS need SO BAD TO GET DONE, he just doesn't. He offered a very LARGE COMFORTABL, REGULAR SIZE APPLIANCES, with a separate DINNING ROOM and also Chimney, and an EXTRA LARGE ROOM, perfect for STORAGE or an OFFICE. This place was supposed to be FIXED, FINISHED and READY TO MOIVE IN writhing weeks, in a LIVEABLE BY LAW CONDITION. Well, it WASN'T at all. New Tenant was offered a "tea cup" side TEMPO PLACE till the ORIGINAL PLACE was READY. It was and has been a very difficult transition for the new Tenant. To settled for a place the Tenant CAN NOT EVEN FIT HER BED AT ALL. So she was FORCED to get rid of her beautiful brand NEW BED SET, and tried everywhichway her ZZZLEEPING SITUATION. It has been very stressful and painful for her sore back and injured hip, to sleep in that tiny little TEMPO PLACE called "the DINKY". THE BATHROOM IS SO SO SMAL, IT DOESN'T HAVE A SINK. TENANT MUST USE THE TINY DOLL HOUSE SIZE KITCHEN TO WASH HANDS N BRUSH HER TEETH. The TEMPO PLACE IS EXTREMELY SMALL, VERY VERY SMALL. The neighborhood and neighbors are EXCEPTIONALLY WINDERFUL WITH NEW TENANT. Very helpful, very caring, and EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. They have been her rock for sure. There is an NORWAGIAN Tenant, offering the new Tenant all kind of help. She has been her main helper. Allowing the new Tenant to even use her own Storage Unit, to put her Furniture and personals she definitely can NOT USE and ENJOY at all while staying in the "DINKY" "TEA CUP" ridiculously small place. Now, the waiting time to get the ORIGINAL LARGE NORMAL PLACE IS going to be two months or NEVER. The OWNER, is thinking of getting rid if, and put some other unit in there, God Knows when... Its very disappointing for who ever cares for this TENANT/VICTIM to suffer so much, because after MIVING LONG DISTANCE, ARRIVING WITH THE TRUCK FULL OF YOUR PERSONALS, WHAT IS FOR YOU TO DO? Once you count on a new place for you to live, that's it. It's not packing up and rent another truck, and TURN AROUND AND LEAVE. NOT AT ALL. NEW TENANT IS ALREADY OUT OVER $3500 IN MOVING COSTS. NO WAY TO TO TURN AROUND AND DO IT AGAIN. JUST because the OWNER DECIDED NOT TO COMPLY WITH HIS WORD ABOUT HAVING THAT BIG PLACE READY FOR THE NEW TENANT. BUT YET, HE WANTED THREE MONTHS RENTS IN ADVANCE APPLYING IT TO THE BIG PLACE NEW TENANT NEVER WILL GET. THIS SITUATION IS EXTREMELY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING TO THE MAX. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARK TO ANY ONE. IM VERY UPSET WITH THIS WHOLE FIASCO. THE NEW TENANT IS EXOSTED and obviously wants NOTHING ELSE than to get SETTLED DOWN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, to start her new life peacefully. Even though, all her Furniture and belongings are in STORAGE. It's just very unfair. To think you are moving to a nice large ONE Bedroom, Dinning Room, Regular Bathroom with a shower and sink, chimney, Office, etc, to be forced to settled for a "TINY LITTLE DINKY" PLACE, NO EVEN A SINK IN THE BATHROOM. VERY UNHEALTHY SITUATION, I MAY SAY.

Tried repeatedly to set up an appointment to view a trailer for rent here (they call them "cabins", but it's a trailer park).

Management initially took our call and set up an appointment, but we had to reschedule. Attempted to call many many times after that, on several different listings and never got a call back.

I can't help but wonder if management just didn't want a lesbian couple living in their super classy trailer park.

The worst place to live if it was an option I wouldn't even have given it one stare the owner does nothing but rip people off and all the trailers are old and falling apart the park should be condemned and torn down it would make the town a better place
